Well thanks for informing people that I sell stuff on ebay...not sure I have ever hid that.
This item won't be flipped if I get one, and for that I gladly posted my ebay so you are welcome to watch it.
Never tried to find some one on here to buy it for me, already have a friend more than happy to get, just wanted to give him an advance warning.
And yes though I may sell a record here or there....I still have a collection. I buy WAY more records than I flip....for a small view of my collection just out this article: http://modern-vinyl.com/2013/06/06/collector-of-the-month-may-2013/

Even if that was true....what does that have to do with this thread?

What in the hell are you talking about?
Have one lined up at cost, thanks though.

Improvements to gear/system would improve any lossless and lossy audio. That's not the point. ABX test a lossless file with a high bitrate MP3 transcoded from the same lossless. I 100% guarantee no human could tell the difference on any system.
I listen to my music through a Schiit Bifrost DAC, Schiit Asgard 2 headphone amp, and Sennheiser HD 800 headphones, so don't think I'm not deeply invested in this passion of mine.
LOL. I like that.

I dont think I have ever been listening to Spotify and thought "I really wish the sound quality was better". Plus free streaming is best streaming.

Portugal the man - Endangered Song 7", limited to 400 and sent to me from being a long time member of the street team and just love the whole idea and plan behind it. It being autographed by those guys is a sweet little cherry on top as well. Def one of my prized possessions of my collection.

Insane = Defending someone from wild accusations that are mostly based on speculation
Sane = Writing a 'Choose Your Own Adventure' book of wild guesses about what happened to continue your 80+ page forum witch hunt.
I don't know Ross, or care about whatever dumb shit he may or may not have done in the past. I just really enjoy watching you guys and your gay little 90's rock drama horse shit.
Carry on.

You definitely are the type of person to praise Kanye West. That makes sense. You know who says stuff like you said about him? Suburban white dudes. -
docdasuess reacted to briculla05 in Kendrick Lamar - To Pimp A Butterfly
Much like Kanye and Drake, he could put out anything at this point and the masses would eat it up, especially people who don't listen to hip-hop. It's cool to like his music. I can see why the production on here is appealing, but the lyrical content is extremely average and repetitive to me. I fail to see how he's this amazing storyteller. He shows flashes of being great (see HiiiPower), but he hasn't put it together yet in my opinion.

I don't mean this as a duck statement, but is this band still relevant?
I remember when their first LP came out and thinking it was alright. I knew they got big for awhile in certain scene but guess I haven't kept up with that stuff in like 10 years.

Bonus points is if you decide which one is a white hot stamper and list it for $850 on eBay.

It's not just you, though. I've been following this thread half heartedly, and it seems to have been referenced from the beginning. Maybe I'm a stick in the mud, but it just seems considerably less edgy or "wh0a dude look @ all the fuxx u just dont give lol" when you're destroying something in mass production (and readily available) vs. something valuable or sought after.
Everyone clamored over the original Deja bowl because the dude could've pocketed $100-$300 dollars instead of making a statement. No one gives a shit that a dozen other people are going to do the same thing with an easily accessible copy for $30. Not only has it been done before, but it was done when there was value and signifance in the table.
Pretty lazy effort for Instagram cool points and Tumblr hype fodder.

This is amazing. All of this.
Also SRC let me add 1,000,000 to my cart. I don't know what that means, but it's awesome.

Just because people don't want to support someone who has proved to be a shady business person doesn't make them pedantic, man.If it makes you feel good to talk down to people, I guess you're on top of your game, but c'mon. A few people questioning why you'd buy a release at this price point purely for a shot of nostalgia doesn't constitute "internet rioting." And people pointing out that Ross is a less than upright business person could help people who care about that avoid him in the future.
As to your other point, I don't think anyone harbors resentful feelings toward you just because you made what many of us would consider a stupid purchase. I make stupid record buys all the time for the sake of nostalgia. But instead if saying, "I wanted it and I don't give a fuck what you guys say, that's why I bought it," you made a personal attack on another user who is actually a really nice guy. Pretty lame.
Other than that...so fucking what? You got some negative points (that don't matter) on a website (that doesn't matter) over a record release that...doesn't really matter.

I suggested it be locked to prevent all the pedantic naysayers and compulsive downvoters from internet rioting. But it's provided enough discussion and entertainment tonight.
I figure some of you harbor resentful feelings toward me, but judging that the members of this entire forum are related only through their interest in vinyl, I don't mind being outgrouped.
