I'm not too worried about the one knob or sound quality as I'll most likely just be displaying the unplugged amp below my framed records and presentational U-Turn with acrylic platter.

My prices are based on popsike history as well as discogs listings and prior sales. As I mentioned, IN BOLD RED LETTERS, which you may have missed, these aren't set prices. They are opening numbers. I am open to discussion and negotiation.
 
I know what it's like to be hunting for these variants and to be trying to avoid ebay as much as possible and deal directly with someone who is willing to talk price. I'm trying to give other people that same opportunity. I've already sold a few things.

This. x1000. I still have a job but my hours were cut and I'll officially be losing it in August. It reaaaally sucks that I'm missing on out this, All Time Low, and the Jimmy Eat World represses. But I am because I have something called responsibility. As others have mentioned, we don't always get what we want. But I'm not going to suddenly start selling all my records for outrageous prices, actually if you look at my FS thread...I sold a lot of my records for under what they were worth. 
 
 
 
There is one common denominator in every application you send out...you. Maybe try a different approach.

Records should not be stopped "suddenly" when they are spinning.  Refrain from doing that completely.
Halt the player and then change the record.  One day either the record will scratch or you will hurt the electronics over time.
 
Second, sonic upgrades are ALWAYS in context of the system.  Any given change can be better or worse depending on how everything interacts with each other.  Cork can be an upgrade or downgrade.  You have to try it out and listen.  For YOUR listening tastes, it might be better or worse.  Also, there is a potential of changing VTA and SRA when you play with the thickness of the platter surface.  If the cork mat is thick, it will lower the VTA which will "warm" up the sound.  You might think it is the mat material when it is not.  U might have to adjust for the VTA, the stylus tracking force etc.  
 
For platter mats, compliant materials are generally warmer.  Harder materials are generally more upfront sounding.  You might PERCEIVE some "difference" to sound "better" depending on your listening experience, tastes, well being, mood, time of day, menstrual cycle etc. etc.
 
I find this system synergy and matching fun.  I also find that with more listening experience under my belt, I can tailor the sound to what I like.  I don't give a fuck what anyone else thinks about the sound I created in MY room for MY tastes

Enema of the State was 5x platinum. Self-Titled/TOYPAJ went double platinum.
 
FUTCT was FOB's best selling album (by far) at double platinum and still took a decent amount of time to sell out 1,000 copies of a first pressing at Hot Topic.  Infinity on High isn't in the same ballpark as Enema of the State.
