I went to Ikea today and noticed these while I was there. They're new (hence the label), but basically they're just the right size to fit a heap of 7" records in, and they're dirt cheap. Also, they're untreated so I should think they'd be easy to stain, paint, or do whatever the hell you want with. I'm not really into 7" records myself, but I hope this helps some of you!

This is also a bit random, and I know this is more of a compilation, BUT, I would freaking love a pressing of the first few Tony Hawk's Pro Skater soundtracks! Those games and songs bring back so many great memories...

No, you didn't have to buy anything...but there were really a lot of people buying SW-stuff there! Even the HCE SE has been sold in the store!

Seems like Relapse have their Vinyl Grab Bags up for pre-order! $25 for 5, or $40 for 10.
Wish I wasn't in the UK, international shipping is crazy. Although it's understandable given how heavy the shipment must be....

It's crazy, especially when you look at companies like "Rose Coloured Gaming" who produce fully fledged ROMs on snes and nes cartridges, with full artwork, boxes and stickers for like $100-200 a pop. They've recently done Starfox 2 which was an unreleased snes sequel. They've cashed in big time because someone else more or less finished making a game and then never released it. That's far "worse" to me, and yet somehow they are able to do it without any issues...

Just saw this on Club Nintendo (Europe) for 3000 points. Soundtrack to A Link Between Worlds! It's only gone up today. Grabbed a copy as I can't see it being around long. Looks great! Wish it were vinyl, but it's better than nothing...
The blurb says: "Explore the music of The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds with this double-CD soundtrack, featuring 89 tracks, plus 16 Milk Bar Musician pieces. The insert includes liner notes from the game’s composer, Ryo Nagamatsu, and 12 score excerpts for you to perform at home."

I really like this idea. If anyone has it in them to start an Operation Moonfall style project/petition, I think they'd have a lot of people backing them. And let's be honest, Nintendo have been on the ropes for a while now, they shouldn't dismiss new ideas too quickly...
Personally I'd love nothing more than a Symphony of The Goddesses vinyl release. Someone do it, PLEASE!!

That's a good point, and in fact here in the UK it's now legal to copy music from one format to another, provided it's for personal use, and you own the product (e.g. you've not rented it). Technically you could download a copy provided you already own it on vinyl, regardless of whether the label provide a download code or not.

I may be jumping the gun a bit early on this one, but I've just seen the following article which announces a European tour, and that full details of the upcoming album will follow shortly:
    http://www.kscopemusic.com/2014/11/19/steven-wilson-announces-new-album-details-tour/
Knowing Steven Wilson's passion for sound quality, I should imagine that there will be a decent vinyl pressing of this.

That Red is great. Went for the grey myself, but had I seen the red first I may have gone for that.
Never understand why there are some random colours out there. Green and yellow variants don't make sense on this release. To me the colour is a nice extension of the artwork, it should compliment the album...

Hi guys, I'm Paul! New to this place, so thought this was as good of a thread as any to introduce myself!

Got my sleeve finished a few months back. Took a good few years to do, but was totally worth it...

    Hope you all like it!

If anyone is interested, Bullmoose have a limited white vinyl up on their site. Apparently limited to 1000, hand stamped and numbered.

As tempting as this is, I'm in the UK and unfortunately Bullmoose don't ship internationally!
