  1. I just want The Replacements album, none of the records stores I called in Toronto got them yet though.
  2. Does anyone know how tight fitting these sizes were in past years? I'm not sure if I should order a large or xl
  3. I am a little bummed that there wasn't an insert but that's fine I guess. I'm honestly not sure I'll buy The Real Thing, I don't love that album. I'll get Introduce Yourself, Angel Dust (although I'll wait on that so that I can hopefully get one without the pressing error) and King for a Day (I want this one the most as it's my favorite of their albums). It'd be great if they pressed an official B sides and rarities album, I'd love to have I started a Joke on vinyl.
  4. I finally got a copy of AOTY. Holy shit! This might be the best sounding album I own. I need the other reissues!
  5. This is semi-related but a bit of a thread derailment. I figured people following this thread would appreciate this though. This artist I like just put up a sweet Suspiria print. I bought it and framed it and it looks awesome in person. http://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/166311964/suspiria-print?ref=shop_home_feat
  6. I LOVE Down On The Upside. Every song is great (other than the singles which are not nearly as good). The picture disc for superunknown is also listed as a single disc. That album is way too long for a single lp.
  7. I'll probably get this, but what I really want is represses of Superunknown and Down on the Upside!
  8. I already own all of their albums, a couple of live albums, a 2xlp greatest hits, and a handful of 12" singles... But I really want this boxset!
  9. It was remastered at Abby Road Studios and supervised by Steve Albini himself. He did an interview on the Komplete Kontrol podcast and talked about it. I forget if he mentioned where it was pressed though. But he said the test pressings sound amazing and this is the closest to listening to the album live in the studio possible.
  10. I saw the premiere at NXNE this year and it was easily one of my favorite music documentaries.
  11. Alright this comes out in two weeks and I still haven't seen a vinyl tracklisting. Has one come out and I just missed it?
  12. I want the deluxe but I can't pull the trigger for $30 shipping to Canada.
  13. When I got to the merch table at the end they had ladies t-s left. But for mens they only the white ones and black radio one and hoodie. All the sizes were sold out except xl and xxl for the few designs they had left in mens shirts.
  14. The had a lot, most of it was sold out by the end of the show. All the shirts were $25 except the baseball shirt Off the top of my head: A 3/4 baseball t-shirt, blue sleeves with the replacements written in a very curvey basebally font - $30 A blue shirt with the replacements written in yellow A white shirt with The Replacements written inside a blue box (like the facebook logo) and on the back it said hate us on facebook and had a curser giving the middle finger A shirt that looks like a doller bill (I think) but had $25 n the midle and the bill was ripped on both sides and said "I was ripped off $25 by The Replacements" (I definitely got the wording wrong) A black hat with white stitching $30 A black zip-up with white writing $50 This poster for $30 and a shirt that had just the writing and dial on it. http://epilogger.com/events/PhotoDetails/3131/1943078 I think that's everything, may have missed a shirt.
  15. The Replacements were amazing! The Stooges and Dinosaur Jr. Were great too. Actually every band except Best Coast were awesome. The singer from Best Coast was complaining in between songs. She complained about everything from short set time to short setup time to no one getting into their set. Musicially I didn't mind them but she was having no fun so it was hard for anyone else to.
  16. I'm pretty sure the last Touche Amore album they gave us a day (maybe not time though) it was going up. I could be wrong though.
  17. It's not official. The youtube page has a link to the original video. They just added the NIN song to it.
  18. Yup, whoever called it that the site would crash before preorders even go up was right on the money.
  19. Haha, no problem. It happens to everyone sometimes.
  20. The picture and discogs listing have Physical and Suck as being on side 2 of the first lp.
  21. My favorite is his second album, The wild, The Innocent and the E Street Shuffle.
  22. Doors are at 9. Here's the event listing. https://www.facebook.com/events/460331517387297/ I play drums in the second opening band. Should be a killer time.
  23. Wow, that daytrotter session is great. Thanks for posting that!
