I have all three of those records and they all sound incredible! I think these albums were just kept in print it's not that they necessarily pressed a lot of copies the first go around it's just that they press new ones when the copies run out. I could be wrong though.

I finally picked up my box of 12 records from my US Kinek point yesterday. All were in great condition except for a Don Cab album that the top of a sleeve came apart, just a shoddy glue job it looks like. Also didn't get charged any customs coming back over the border!

I just grabbed this last night from the Guelph album release and it sounds fantastic! Great pressing and The booklet is really nice.

I want that fucking shirt so bad. I'm not looking forward to the shipping price to Canada for the album and the shirt but it'll be worth it.

I saw the tour in Toronto and it was a lot of fun. I went for Har Mar and thought I'd be annoyed by The Pizza Underground but they ended up being a lot of fun. I think it helped that all of their songs were melodies of VU songs and not that they were doing a set of 10 or so VU songs with replaced lyrics so you'd have to hear the same hook over and over. Also the Candy Boys opening the show just killed it!

Pics? Does it come in a cloth bound case like the cd?

I'll have to get this. I would also pay a lot of money for Come in and Burn. Especially if they pressed all the demos and b sides from it.

I was able to get around my issue of placing an order with my Canadian credit card and shipping to an American address. I just setup a virtual credit card with Entropay. Cost me $8 but it was worth it for the order.

What was the duty if any?

So I contacted their customer service and in order to place the order I'll have to send them a money order and then they can send it to my US Kinek point. Also I've never been searched going back into Canada and if I've bought records they always say alright go ahead.

Yeah, I'm using Kinek. It's fantastic I've used them 3 or 4 times now and it's great. $5 per package. If it's over 15 lbs I think they take on a dollar or two.

I went to put in a larger order last night and get it shipped to Niagara Falls NY at a border pick-up place but the site is giving me an error saying that the Billing and Shipping country need to be the same. I'm going to call their customer service today and hopefully I can get this order processed.

It looks like the wishlist is for in store pick up only. Driving from Toronto area to Wisconsin isn't going to happen on Black Friday haha.

I just want that Fantomas boxset. I really hope that some of them end up in Canada.

I just really want them to press the Owen Session where he played all of l'ami du peuple. That would be a great addition to my Owen collection.

I was in a record store today and they put this on their shelf early so naturally I grabbed it. I listened to it once so far, more passive listening, I think I liked it but I'll need to give it a few more listens. The pressing sounds fantastic though!

I've got a couple of recommendations for instrumental bands. I Smell Blood from London\, Ontario are a pretty amazing two piece instrumental/noise rock band. Mine sounds great, I bought it directly from the band at their first reunion show.

$45 for shipping to Canada is pretty rough. I would do this if I could get it all shipped at once so that shipping would be cheaper.

Is Burning World a bad pressing or whats up with it?
