Bro. Vinyl prices need to stop. I would grab this any day, but I’m out. I can only grab 2-3 records per month to stay below my $100/month budget. Which is wild.

Lol whoops. I had a training thing for work and missed it myself. Had it in my cart and almost checked out but it sold out. Imagine they have another 250 hanging out though. Don’t think they’ve done so few in recent presses. EDIT: refreshed and it was back in stock.

BTW don’t know if warrants another thread. EV teased that the ST LP is going on sale today at 1PM EST (10AM PST) so keep an eye open.

Honestly I’m not even a huge fan, but I’d put everything aside for a BB show. Seems like the balance of chaos and musicianship I crave.

Blood Brothers? Say no more. It’s one of those bands I’ve been wanting to collect but everything was too expensive for my taste. This was a little more than I’d hope for as well at $52 shipped, but for represses, kinda gotta shut my mouth and be thankful.

Least favorite thing to come out of the streaming era for me. Gotta put out something, even if it’s not good to keep the algorithm liking you, keep you on the playlists as relevant, get some extra change that will help you through writing the next thing.

Decent deal on "Let Me Do One More" at Urban Outfitters. $15 right now, but they also have some extra 40% off all sale items. So it was $9, but shipping + California tax brought it to $16. Not complaining since that's still a deal these days. If you want any other vinyl from UO, might be worth it.

I’m in progress of digging through my emails and adding all my record purchases over the last decade to my pre-order spreadsheet. Then I’ll have some cold hard stats on how prices used to be.

Same. I like that they experiment a lot, even if it’s not always great. If they were trying to get it from their brand new label, I get it. Don’t want to sink the ship on the first outing, but still.

Don’t know where to post this as 99% of their Social Media account have been deleted. Looks like the band broke up? I got an email because I was on their Patreon saying “ Anti-Flag has disbanded. the patreon has been switched into a mode where it will no longer charge the monthly fee. i will begin to process refunds to all patrons in the coming weeks. once all refunds are processed the patreon page will also be removed.” Went to IG, gone. Went to #2s IG, gone. Went to Twitter, band account is gone, personals still there. Went to the Discord server they had for Patreon and it’s gone. bands go when they go, but this seems like the weirdest strategy I have ever seen, especially for a band that’s been around for 25+ years.

Agreed. Mondo always nailed the jackets but the actual vinyl quality was up in the air. My Rogue One box set from Mondo is by far the worst sounding thing I own now and it was $80. No bad audio flops from iam8bit, so that’s gotta count for something.
