Just an observation: I checked out the VMP message board last night and noticed a palpable over-excitedness and hive mentality. Elevated excitement over mediocre artists on a different color of wax... it's like they're VC on meth-infused steroids. Probably the wrong spot to post this but I need some quick advice... sold a record on eBay, buyer received it and said "it sounds weird" and requested a refund. I accepted the refund immediately and asked for a photo of the packed return with my address and a receipt for shipping so I could reimburse them when it arrived. I did not hear back at all (this was about a month ago) - no indication they returned it or any response at all - and just now got an email from eBay saying "the buyer indicated they shipped their return". They did not reply at all to me, nor did they upload a photo of the package, nor request return shipping funds. I've had eBay/PayPal and people rip me off before... are they just going to take my money in this circumstance? Is there anything I can or should do here? Should I ask eBay to intervene or just let the return window run out? Ebay seems to think they've returned this even though they haven't.

Got shipping notice for this. A bit worried tho... anyone from Canada ever order a single record and have it shipped though UPS to Canada? UPS is horrible and I ALWAYS get a huge import fee. I am fully expecting they will want almost $30, in which case, I am sadly going to not accept and return it. I would have avoided ordering if it was clear they'd be using UPS. Any input is appreciated.
