TheCowboyPoet got a reaction from tackman in 90s Canadian Alternative/CanRock on Vinyl Thread
Just noticed that Sloan has Never Hear The End Of It, their double album from 2006 (and their best album of the 00s) on their store. I paid a lot of money on this on Discogs earlier this year, don't be like me and get it for a more reasonable price!
https://shop.kt8merch.com/products/limited-edition-sloan-never-hear-the-end-of-it-double-lp
The pressing otherwise looks the same as my copy, I wonder if they found some left over stock somewhere or is this a sign of some more represses coming??

TheCowboyPoet got a reaction from OtherVagOption in PO Now - Songs: Ohia - "Love & Work: The Lioness Sessions" (11/23) - 3000 copies
I'm disappointed it's not Sojourner or Mi Sei Apparso Come Un Fantasma, but The Lioness is one of my favourite JM albums, so I'm excited regardless.

TheCowboyPoet got a reaction from OtherVagOption in Malkmus & Jicks- Sparkle Hard- May 18
Yes you're right, clearly because I'd like to collect a special edition, the music is not my priority at all.

Clearly your priority is letting everyone know your priority as rudely as possible.

TheCowboyPoet got a reaction from ps. in Ryam Adams - PAX AM Records
Damn that Life After Deaf boxset.

TheCowboyPoet got a reaction from trickster in ONLINE Record Store Day 2018 - deals, on-sale times, wants lists OK
I've reached out to Bull Moose in the past to ask why they won't ship to non-US addresses and the answer was that they can't (or won't?) process non-US credit cards (for some reason??).

TheCowboyPoet reacted to Reshiram in Most Ridicuous Thing You Saw on RSD?
Craziest thing I saw was someone buying the Stone Sour release, I didn't know they had fans.

TheCowboyPoet reacted to Derek™ in The Official 'Vinyl Me, Please' thread.
Probably the fact that the grooves contain music by Arctic Monkeys.

TheCowboyPoet got a reaction from NapalmBrain in VNYL
So I've seen "VNYL" around on Facebook ads or whatever, never paid much attention to it till tonight when I discovered this thread. All I can say is...
What a wild ride!
From the Kickstarter backers paying $24 for dollar store records, to Nick Alt clearly using his 36K to launch his now-dead store. Oh and when the backers couldn't return their records because VNYL realized that was illegal, incredible! Then the pivot to new records you could just order yourself off Amazon for less money. Now with the Crosly-owning, groove-touching, teenage YouTubers (who are either clearly being paid and not disclosing it or trying real hard to get free records) crying over a Mumford and Sons album they just OMG LOVE SO MUCH (yet never bought).
It's 2am I made it half way through this thread (after starting with some of the later pages) but to top it all off, I only just had the realization that this is the same company that's launching the wireless turntable. This is the thread that keeps on giving. Thank you all!
