Yes I ended up with multiple copies of the Glassjaw Coloring Book album. It was pretty chaotic trying to figure out exactly what and where to buy those silly things from. I wouldn't exactly say my record label failed. I put out 21 records from 2009-2016, a handful of bands moved up to bigger labels. I now have 3 kids and run a full time hockey league. I don't exactly have the time or desire to put records out these days.

Picked up that starter pack with the other LP and split. The only thing I've heard/own by these guys is their first LP, which I don't like nearly as much. Looking forward to catching up. I can always get down with a Kid Dynamite cover as well!

Every single one of your questions greatly varies depending on the release/situation.

In my situation, there was no additional licensing costs. I was friends with the band, who put me in touch with the label who did CD and Digital for the release (it was over a decade ago). I gave the label, who owned the rights, 10% of the press for free, and the band another 10% for free. 

I would contact the band. If they even want their shit rereleased, and they do own the rights, maybe you can strike a deal. Or they can probably direct you to whoever does own them.

I called my local spot. They had a copy and it sold already. I've just had bad luck with this release, Amazon the place I original order from cancel my order, then the new place I reordered from also cancel. Is what it is. Got tracking from Newbury so I should finally have this in hand soon!
