I started making my own a few months ago for records that never came with one.

Just wanted to give people who have been dicked around by SRC a little helpful advice that worked for me.
Awhile back I placed two orders within two days of each other. One was a pre-order that was due to come out about a week and a half later and the other was for three records that all showed they were in stock. To make a long story short I went through all the same bullshit everyone else has talked about. Things showed shipped when they hadn't been, all of a sudden they were out of records they said they had in stock, they'd say that it was coming in within the next few days and it never did etc. Eventually I emailed and ask that they just refund me my money because I was sick of waiting for them to get their shit together and I had already found other places to get the records I wanted and then they stopped replying to emails all together. At this point it had been about a month and a half since I placed my orders so I called my bank and disputed the chargers explaining that I paid and never received the product. They opened an investigation and immediately refunded me for both orders I placed with SRC. The next day I emailed SRC to let them know I was disputing the charge and they magically found all of the records I had been waiting on and shipped them out the next day even though I told them not to because I had already ordered them from somewhere else. I got those records a week later and was then sitting on two copies of each of them because I had also received the order I had placed for the albums SRC had lagged so bad on. So I email them asking for the address of where I should send the records back probably about five or six times and they never replied to tell me how to get them back to them. I knew that if the bank finished their investigation and found I did eventually received the product they could take back the money they had refunded me. I thought it was a pretty fucking dirty move to refuse to tell me how to return their shit to them. Anyway, in the end the bank concluded the investigation, I kept my refund and the records. I'm not exactly sure how that all worked but I assume if a company is run so poorly they can't even keep their inventory and stock straight, they probably aren't savvy enough to figure out how to reply to a disputed charge from the bank.
Just an option I thought might be helpful for people to be aware of if these assholes are lying and screwing you over too. I don't know if all banks work the same way (I have Bank Of America) but it worked for me.

I mean, hey, she could be legit, (and If she is I really do apologize) but this honestly does sound like a scam, and oddly enough sounds way to similar to any situation involving that douchebag scammer jgreenlaw's wife. they are like a scamming team.
I guess the best way to avoid being scammed is if you pay for something from her, post publically what you bought in case she double sells something, and def dont send anything as a gift so you have paypals help in case it ends up indeed being a scam.

yeah i was gonna wait for HT but i couldnt wait much longer so i just went with solid state when i saw they were stilll up.

Basement didn't come out today, it just leaked today, which is why we made it digitally available.
We are going to send out downloads, but there's an absolute shit ton of them and we have to send them out manually 1 by 1 so it's going to take a few days. Personally I am going to focus on sending the records out. If you guys need a download right now, I am sure you can find a leak of it. I wish there was a way for us to send everyone the download at once, but there just isn't and when we have 1500 orders for a record, people unfortunately have to be patient.

You aren't helping me out personally, but I still wanted to say that it was very rad of you to assist VC's Caspian fans. Taking the time and money to go out of your way (without even getting to stick around for the show), and without charging profitable prices; it's pretty commendable. +1 for being a good dude. It's inspiring to see.

Wasn't saying negative things. Just stating that without any sort of rep and just registering here to sell records, people will be weary. You have to look at it from the shoes of us, and we've seen scenarios where people have gotten seriously burned by scams that started out very similar to this.
Like I said, I look forward to apologizing when people get their records, happy to see photos are being sent out as well as DC numbers.

Another SETLIST victim here. Bought an LP ($71) from him May 25th and never received it or heard from him until I started a Paypal claim. He then claimed he was away from any computer taking care of his sick Dad. Apparently his wife saw the claim in their inbox, so he refunded my money. Glad to get it back, but it appears he took a bunch of us for a ride to get some quick $. I also found his personal blog which had been updated every other day since the transaction. Will watch his movements here to make sure no one else find his trouble(s).

I recently bought a bunch of Alkaline Trio records from Setlist and other than a couple bent corners which he really cant be blamed for I had no problems. They were also sent out via priority mail.

Setlist gave me a headache. He had two White Stripes LPs for sale. I paid him with PayPal immediately and he said he would ship them out the next day. 2 and 1/2 weeks later, I still didn't have the records. I emailed him and he said it is probably just taking longer with the holiday weekend. I waited another few days and emailed him saying I was going to open a PayPal dispute. He never responded.
I opened a PayPal dispute asking for an explanation and just for my money back. He started making up lies about how my address was undeliverable and how he has been trying to email me and I've never responded. (my address is verified and I have had successful dealings with people on here before). He further went on to say how he had printouts of our emails and photos of his USPS receipt and all kinds of crazy stuff.
Case is pending review, but just wanted to let people know. I have all my real emails saved between us. Hopefully it will come to us having to show proof so they can see he is lying. I just wanted my White Stripes! Dang.
