Struck out getting the indie exclusive at a local shop so I gave it a few listens on spotify instead. I really like the first 5 tracks but I'm a little iffy on a couple tracks towards the middle. Overall though, I think this is a good album that will probably get more plays than Phantom Radio, which while solid doesn't have me going back for listens as much as Blues Funeral did.

Have you guys heard this yet? I've been listening to it all morning and I'm very impressed. It's definitely the most accessible record they've done (not counting the covers album) and for the most part is electronic pop. It's a beautiful record all around, the vocals are great (including some female ones) and I love the atmosphere all the tracks create. This could be album of the year material for me.

I should have 10 clear copies in my store soon. Eisenwald shipped them to me a few days ago along with a few other LP's.

Yup, it grew on me big time. Both of these new tracks still remind me more of Black Hearted Brother than Slowdive, but that's not a bad thing since I like both of those bands.

Pretty underwhelmed after the first listen.

Saw them a couple of years ago in Seattle and they were fantastic! It was on my wedding anniversary but my wife was super cool and let us go just as long as I bought dinner too lol.

Will wait as well but this is a must buy for me. Really hope they announce a Seattle show soon.

Saw these guys at Psycho Fest last year and they were awesome. I'd never given them a proper listen until then. Now I'm hooked.

Whomever is cleaning out my local goodwill's of anything remotely decent on vinyl is doing a great job. I can't find shit these days lol.

I guess because the production of the album originally was so bad I didn't think much could be done to improve it. I also just bought a used copy about a month before this was announced.

I read a really positive review about this new remaster so I'm much more curious than I was before. Of course with Jack Endino involved I should've realized it would turn out good.
