You will rarely if ever find me complaining in other threads but I was bitching in this case because A) they were absolutely raping people on shipping, and B ) they told me they shipped my box, then 5 days later the tracking # wasn't updated. They then told me not to worry and assured me it was on it's way. And then another 5 days later they said "oops we never sent that out to you even though you brought it to our attention and we told you not to worry. But we'll keep your $130 if you want even though we have no idea when the second round will actually be available". No thanks! I'm sure they knew that had X amount of stock, and x amount of orders. It should have been a red flag when all of a sudden they had extra boxes available for people who were back ordered when numerous people were contacting them about their tracking #s not updating.
 
So they are hit & miss with customer service. But it's very cool they are replacing all of the screwed up records. Although they should be providing free return shipping for the web orders since they more than made up for it initially.

I followed up my claim on the RSD website and it was indeed listed as "RSD Limited/Regional Focus".  I commend you for your loyalty to Cake and their mailing list.  I don't care enough about them to feel humbled by your extreme Cake knowledge.  Congrats though, you won this time.

Don't confuse the # of watchers for the number of interested buyers. A lot of people will watch items on ebay just to see if/when they sell so they know what they might be able to get for it.

I take the description as that it is 2 different 20 minute songs that play over and over again during the art exhibit. It's not going to need to be played like that to enjoy it. So don't let that stop you from buying it. Over 100 sold in a few hours. Only 100 more to go. I think the rest are being sold at the exhibit.

As a huge Coil fan and also a fan of 90s NIN I will gladly overpay for the colored vinyl to be sent to the US. I do hope this sells okay and gets someone to release Further Down The Spiral on vinyl. It was so much better than Things Falling Apart.

First they jack up the cost of the record to $50 when they return home from tour with a few extra copies after it sells out. Then they press 20 more copies on a different color and price them at $100? Not cool, Desertshore.

Ha, I remember calling them like 3x a day for a couple weeks until someone finally answered. The guy assured me it would be coming out and said that Harvey was upset about the artwork and that was the reason for the delay. Thankfully I didn't believe him and had him refund my paypal account while i was on the phone.

Spent around $200 for a copy of Soundgarden's Hunted Down 7". Also recently spent $150 for Coil's "Wheel" single limited to 23 copies. But that sells for around $500 so I was excited to get it at that price.

My local store in Ann Arbor MI just got some AB's in and ordered 30 more copies of it. So it appears this should be readily available everywhere at some point. They are charging $35 for it.

With the sheer amount of care they used when packing the orders I'm going to assume you're right.

Off topic but I was just thinking how much I was looking forward to this as I could never justify spending the money on the Simply Vinyl version and that got me thinking about other Nothing Records/Simply Vinyl releases I really really want such as the Natural Born Killers and Lost Highway soundtracks. Not sure if licensing soundtracks is harder than individual releases but I hope those can get rereleased someday as they are both great albums.
