I hated getting black marker in my yellow marker as a kid so that color sounds awful.

This band called Old Poetry posted a new song for the first time since 2010, very much to my surprise. I don't even like this style of music much anymore but the few songs they've made are really good.

the series wont help, might make it worse.  Specifically the cheezy lyrical inspiration gets exposed....

the LA episode was my least fav so far... felt (more) scattered and really didnt touch on the music/culture as much as it did Rancho and the dudes surrounding it, but even that was vague and hollow.
 
being a studio geek I had already watched and read a lot about Rancho, and this episode didnt bring anything new to the table.
 
The song... the song had me really excited during the first few bars of the intro.. had a real cool vibe to it, pulling from the sludgey stoner rock of the desert, but then the song kicked in and I had to turn the tv off.
 
Hope the Seattle episode is next.

Flipping is buying an item for the sole purpose of selling it. 
I have 0 problems with people flipping.
If he loses money on it then he is just a bad flipper....
It is super awesome of him to be willing to sell something for below cost to help others out.
However, buying up large amounts of the stock to prevent others from buying them is usually frowned upon.
If he was doing it from the kindness of his heart he could have easily PMd the large number of people who posted in this thread saying they wanted them though and we would have never known of his kindness...which is probably why a special thread was made so he could get lots of pats on the back and look like the superhero in this batman deal.
 
Now feel free to give me a million down votes if you feel like it, but this is my opinion.  I said what I wanted to say and will be done with it now.

I was getting unable to process my order too until I checked "same as shipping" for my billing address. It looked filled out so maybe it was just a coincidence, I don't know.

This is totally what cigarette addictions are like. if you're off them long enough, you'll start to think... "what was i thinking?!"
 
 
 
It's a thread about two different bands. Totally different situation. I can say one band is awful, one is awesome. Not that hard to understand. What's hard to understand is why people make such a big deal out of it. 

Am I the only one that was underwhelmed by the SDRE track? It didn't do much for me at all really but I should listen to it a few more times to see if it grows on me. 
 
I'm going to take a belt sander to the Circa Survive side as that was just horrible.
 
I do like that it came with a download card. I wish there was a law that required every record come with one. When I'm home I only play vinyl but it's nice to be able to also have the music on my iPod for driving in the car, etc.
