  1. Count me as another person who would like the tour edition if anyone can grab one. Being a Raiders and Deafheaven fan I think I need this. Will pay cash or trade or partial or... I have more stuff than what's on my DF list too. PM with wants if you can help. Thanks.
  2. Agreed. I think that Hostage Records has been carrying on that same tradition.
  3. Wow, I need to get this. Just wish I could afford it right now. Just two of those originals would set you back the cost of this whole set. I am lucky to have X, Bags, and Weirdos originals. Hopefully someday the kids will rediscover the origins of punk.
  4. That's a shame. Sell it to somebody who wants it. I'm just glad they did this and the sound is great. Also good to listen to Keith's informative talks/rants. Live is the way OFF! should be heard and this record captures all the energy that I felt when I got to see them at Gilman.
  5. This is tearing apart my ears right now in all the best ways. Thanks for posting about this. When I look at the actual venue's calendar they aren't listed and I can't find their tour schedule on their FB page. So confused.
  6. Good choice on the title change. "Mirrored Through The Ancients" is a lot more epic. Such a great record and thank you for the note.
  7. Just a heads up that the doc on Charles Bradley is now streaming on Netflix. Even while I was watching it I got on my computer and ordered both his records. Damn! http://youtu.be/moiUyFQQE-0
  8. My town, sweet. And it looks like they go on first, which is important for old people like me.
  9. This is up! http://hellomerch.com/collections/chelsea-wolfe
  10. What are the west coast shows? For some reason I can't find any info.
  11. I was within the first 50 ordered and still have nothing. Not worried though because TRL always comes through. Mine will probably show up tomorrow...
  12. I wish a mod would lock this thread until the actual damn presale. I gotta check it when it's bumped because I want this record, but hey let's start talking about how La Dispute sucks again because that was the only interesting moment of this whole thread.
  13. The album cover art they posted on their FB page is horrible. I usually don't care all that much, but I want this band to get even more of an audience and that art isn't going to win over any potential new listeners. I know the music is going to be great which is of course the most important part.
  14. Have you tried writing the label. Pat has been more than cool with getting back to me when I have questions. My swirl copy is fine. I would not hesitate to buy this record.
  15. I hear what you're saying, but shouldn't this management group have gotten involved a long time ago? Isn't that part of their job as manager? I guess it seems timely that we are getting responses to emails and people "working to rectify the situation" now that people are due for renewal. No one seemed to care a few months ago. So yeah, they will get some of my piss on them.
  16. Christine, If you are working "closely" with Infinitecrap you should know that they are already shipping. It's really a case of too little too late. Too bad you weren't working closely with them when we weren't getting updates or our emails weren't being answered. It's funny that after I finally got my 7" is when I actually got a response to my question about messed up tracking numbers. I'm sure it's by complete coincidence, but on that same day I got an email to get me to renew my membership. No thanks.
  17. Got this today and damn this a platter of heavy goodness! I've been playing the download in my car non-stop and it's great to finally put in on my turntable. I don't understand how the caramel /100 is still available. People need to jump on this or cry later.
  18. I think it basically means that he spent a lot of money and energy trying to get this stuff back, so the sale will help him continue the label/store. It's not as dramatic as it's all gonna fold anytime soon.
  19. All three versions are the same record which is a comp of the music from all three films. The variant part is the cover, so if you just want the music get any of them and you're good.
  20. Never heard of these guys, but I gave it a listen and decided to go for it. They have some interesting things going on with the guitars and spinning this while staring at the cover art should be a cool experience.
  21. That blog post and just other things that seem to be happening with them just make it seem like he is feeling a little disillusioned with where the band is right now artistically and maybe the lack of progression within the music world. I know they sell out on the east coast, but it just amazed me that when I saw them at the Fox in Oakland that it really wasn't that packed. They are a talented band and it should have been instantly sold out. It will be interesting to see where the sound goes. Sometimes you have to stretch out to find what your real niche is as an artist. On another note, I finally got my goddamned 45 and it was shipped in a deep 7" box with some bubblewrap, which protected it nicely. The "paper" cover is fine. That was how most 45's used to be packaged. Kids today are getting too spoiled with slick, die cut, foldout covers. I miss the zeroxed or cheaply made foldover covers.
