Everything seems to be in order from what I know. I believe it's already at press. Hopefully, we don't hit any bumps along the way.

The pre-order for our(Aspiga) new record is available via Paper + Plastick. Details below!
This is a preorder for Aspiga's debut full-length album, Every Last Piece. Aspiga is a punk band from New Jersey, and they definitely play punk rock, but I like to think of them as a cross between a punk-sounding Japandroids with some Weakerthans thrown in there for good measure. There's only three guys in this band, but they make a lot of noise when they play and they make it sound good.
You can stream the first two songs from Every Last Piece over at AbsolutePunk.net:
    http://absolutepunk.net/showthread.php?t=2917632
This record comes out on November 20th but the vinyl won't be shipping until mid-December. If you place a preorder, you will receive a digital download of the 7-song album BEFORE the Nov. 20 release date. There are three different variants for the vinyl, which are all listed below.
If you place a preorder, we will throw in random test presses into random orders as a thank-you for your support.
    Pressing Information
    100 - Clear Lime Green
    200 - Red
200 - Clear with Brown and Red Splatter

Hopefully a couple of folks are into these - for Chicago folks, it's an interesting way to hear some off the beaten path creatives doing some rad stuff. After partnering with Chicago Mixtape, we've now also begun to partner up with Do312 who do a lot of events and ticket giveaways here in the city. Pretty exciting. Here are the last two week's worth of episodes:
It's the Notes and Bolts Weekend Edition! And here in episode 038, we hang out with Robert Loerzel and talk about writing, the ins and outs of journalism, his book Alchemy of Bones and the perils of turn of the century, early 1900's Chicago (hint: staying off of the rail tracks was key. Also, don't breathe in the air!)
Episode 038 with Robert Loerzel: http://notesandbolts.podomatic.com/entry/2012-09-28T23_00_00-07_00
October is now here, and welcoming in the sounds of the Fall, Melissa and Rebecca of Architecture drop in and talk about songwriting, the slow burn of the recording process and what's most likely going to happen when the world ends.
    Episode 039 with Architecture: http://www.chicagomixtape.com/calendar/interview/architecture-interview-2/
Mid-week creeps upon us again and here at Notes and Bolts HQ, we hang out with Lauren and Jade of Staring Problem and talk about post punk jams, band formation and what it's like to have cooler parents than most!
Episode 040 with Staring Problem: http://www.chicagomixtape.com/calendar/interview/eyeballin-with-staring-problem/
SATURDAY! SATURDAY! So, hey, do you have an Instagram account? Do you like looking at pictures? If so, tune in and hear Mr. Daniel Fitzpatrick of the Chicago Community Darkroom, as he opines on all matters visual while a thundering metal soundtrack quakes beneath!
Episode 041 with Daniel Fitzpatrick: http://notesandbolts.podomatic.com/entry/2012-10-06T09_30_46-07_00
It's episode 042, and we hang out with Zaid and Amelia from Shapers and talk about old school electronics, home studio recording and what it is to aspire to David Bowie (or not?) - check it!

You do realize that tracking links do not work instantly, right?
Also backing the talk of how some of these kids couldn't handle true mailorder. Having to list alternatives would blow minds.

    WORST: DOGHOUSE RECORDS
In mid-July I won three test presses from Doghouse when they were selling off a bunch of TPs. I paid within a day or so of winning all three. I went as far as requesting to switch to send them priority mail and willing to pay extra, which I did. A little over a month went by and I heard nothing nor received anything from them. I sent them numerous messages to which they responded to only one saying that they had a problem with their postage machine and unable to send out packages.
A couple of weeks passed and still nothing. Nor any additional responses. By day 44, I opened an eBay case. This definitely prompted some action of their part. They responded and apologized and would included extra stuff to make it up to me. I just wanted the damn TPs. No care for extra shit.
Within a few days, the package finally arrived. Poorly packed, mind you. I had asked to put the TPs in any spare jackets they may have had lying around to better protect them in the mailer. This did not happen. They were loose in paper sleeves. And I only received two of the three! I got shorted one TP!
I messaged them yet again. Got a reply with an apology and that the TP would go out. Tracking info was never updated. And another three weeks went by with no TP showing up. eBay case re-opened. No response from Doghouse at all. eBay refunded me the cost of the TP plsu shipping now.
For a label that has been around for a long time and is supposed to be professional, this was the single worst handling and experience I've ever encountered. Not even the jackass that ships a record in a bubble mailer or pizza box has ever been this bad!

I do think they put too many songs on the album.
I think they should have played more shows, and just recorded an EP first, then an album (but that's the route I wish all bands took, no matter what their seniority was like). I'm sure some of the songs were meant to be Riverdales/SW, I'm glad Dan took em back too. Stoked that when they play live he plays songs from all of his old bands too...he deserves more recognition for his songwriting.

Here it is from the FB
It's finally here ladies and gentleman, Boshkung Records first release announcement!
I am beyond excited to officially announce that I will be pressing No Such Noise! 's latest EP Life Goes On, on vinyl. They are an epic Ska/Pop-Punk band
from New Jersey and I am unbelievably lucky to get to work with them. The EP is going to be pressed on 12" vinyl at 45 RPM to get the best sound out of these five awesome tracks! We will only be pressing 300 copies of this, and each one will be hand numbered so make sure you get them quick! We wont announce any sort of order until these are in hand, which should be around November, so no preorder or kickstarter for this label. I'm really excited about this and have been working on it for a while, and am really happy that I can finally announce what I'm doing. Make sure you check out No Such Noise on Facebook http://www.facebook.com/nosuchnoise and show them some love, and listen to the tracks on Spotify http://spoti.fi/TvsqP or on bandcamp http://nosuchnoise.bandcamp.com/

And I'm really excited, and nervous about it. I've been working on this for around 6 months, and it's finally happening. To not pull an RJ/MTS there will be no preorder or anything like that, they won't be on sale to I actually have em in hand. Also they all be hand numbered cause I'm a sadist and think hand numbering is cool!
