  1. I received a record like that yesterday. My regular postal worker was usually here all the time, but I've noticed that she is now on this route only a few times a week since the shelter in place began. It's a bummer because she was/is the best!
  2. I hear you on this, but I haven't bought enough shitty boots to be wary enough yet. Maybe this one will be the tipping point. The pull of nostalgia was too strong as it softly whispered, "do it...then go outside to see if you can still kickflip"
  3. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater(It has to be a boot) - Scroll down to the Record Deal of the Day - https://blackgoldbrooklyn.square.site/
  4. I'm happy you all are happy. This is one of those records that belongs to the digitalcollective part of my collection. I can't see myself ever actually spinning this after the first time. NOFX has fallen too far down for me these days.
  5. Drouth is a pretty great band from Portland I've been into for sometime. They have a new album (and first vinyl release), Excerpts From a Dread Liturgy, up for preorder (/100, /400): https://translationloss.com/products/excerpts-from-a-dread-liturgy?variant=34141964402826 Listen to a new song here: https://metalinjection.net/av/song-premiere/drouth-and-their-fierce-black-metal-return-on-a-drowning-in-sunlight Bandcamp: https://drouth.bandcamp.com/
  6. Sunburst up at Bullmoose: https://www.bullmoose.com/p/34555027/lawrence-arms-skeleton-coast-indie-exclusive-opaque-sunburst-vinyl
  7. I only know Throwing Muses because "Buzz" was the opening song in the skate video 411VM #27. That is all.
  8. Welcome to the club! We all just bump into each other in here.
  9. Finally figured out how to upload a picture. Here's mine
  10. Got mine today as well. Got a doodle of a flower with falling...wait for it...petals...and an apology for a signature that ran out of ink. Thumbs up
  11. So this is all still happening, huh? Neat. Just remember that most of us will only see the spines of our records for the majority of our lives. You can tell yourself it is any variant and/or cover in there while it's on the shelf. Hell, you can even add the rarest version to your Discogs collection and NO ONE will ever know. Tell yourself enough times it is rare and you will believe it. Sure, you can gripe when you take it out to spin it, but just put it back on the shelf and - BAM - you're back to having an amazingly rare collection. That's record collecting, baby.
  12. Satan has bestowed upon me the glory of starting this thread. Hails! YET ANOTHER surprise pre-order launching this Thursday!! HORROR SECTION 'Collection I & II' double LP!! The band's entire catalog of EP, single, and compilation tracks, plus a few other obscure gems, pressed on 140 gram vinyl and housed in a beautiful full color gatefold jacket! We went all out on this one, and in classic Horror Section tradition pressed way too few of them. It's just something we do. DO NOT HESITATE ON THIS ONE - IT WILL GO FAST! Pre order goes live THURSDAY May 21st at 8am EST at www.eccentricpop.com!
  13. Thanks. I got one of the /200 early this morning, so I'm good. Though that indie variant looks good.
  14. Me too, but if a West Coast tour comes out of it then I am all about it! Do you remember what a tour is? It's when bands come to a town near you and people get together to listen to them play live music. Does that ring a bell? I think I remember what that's like. Also, Scruffy is glad to finally have this ordered. Looks like the Galaxy variant is the only one left.
  15. Is this you looking at the two new songs on youtube? Because I'm into it...and ready for that link to be live!!
