when it comes to Mogwai (probably my favorite band), I've learned to not snooze at all on any of their vinyl releases. You never know when they are going to disappear. US distribution of their releases prior to the Sub Pop deal was spotty at best, even with Matador. And it looks like this soundtrack might not even get US release at all.

Yes, my copy arrived last week and I had to turn it off. Thought it might have been bad mastering - everything seemed quieter and muddier.

it is. ordered one a couple weeks ago. SC told me there were only 500 pressed.

the 2.2 feet are not adjustable. this is my table of choice for now - I added the acrylic platter and got the AT-440mla cartridge about a year ago and I've really been loving it.

my copy is ridiculously off center, but seems ok when it plays (I don't see the tonearm bobbing back and forth). I guess I can't expect much for these bare bones releases. For $12 though...

I have a bootleg mixdown that I love, but I can't justify the cost on this because it will never get played. I can't see myself listening to any of the individual LPs, even as a novelty. It would just take up shelf space, which is starting to become a premium in my house.
