Just recently decided to watch Rat Race on Netflix and have been scared. Still worse though was probably Dude, Where's My Car and I really didn't care for Mama Mia either, but I'm probably about the opposite of what their target audience was on that one.

Congrats Brock, I've been a part-time rural carrier since last June and have really enjoyed it so far, especially compared to my last job where I was taking tech support calls for a cable company. The weather is definitely a downside sometimes, but there are a lot of nice days too.

I enjoy me some Eisley know and then, but I really hope this doesn't get funded just so it doesn't set a terrible precedent for other bands to copy. I thought touring was how bands made any money nowadays, regardless of a bunch of new children of band members in the mix. You would think too, if they say they are specifically raising money to tour that you at least would be able to get tickets via the kickstarter, instead of basically charging their fans twice as collectivemike pointed out. This could be difficult I suppose though as working with that many venues could be a chore, and could have have to do with them not being the headliner either.

Yeah I ordered a white one from musician's friend in mid January and it just shipped over the weekend.

I don't think there is a single item of clothing I hate more than denim shirts. However, jeans are great though.

I've been using my Father's Zenith turntable/am, fm stereo/broken 8 track he had in college and that my family used when I was a kid, for several years now, the things a beast and it has a lot of motor noise but it's done the job. I ordered a pro-ject carbon from musician's friend a while ago, but it's been back ordered for a month and still haven't heard exactly when it's coming in. Haven't been charged yet for it so, no big deal I guess. Will be nice to clear up some space on my shelf though as the carbon will be about 6 inches narrower than the Zenith.

Just because YOU haven't heard of something or someone, that doesn't automatically mean they aren't of significant importance or influence. It's quite egotistical to say or imply otherwise.

It sounds like he had a lot of frustrations with some of the other members of Zwan, which contributed to just there being one release. I think there's a quote from him about it on Zwan's Wikipedia page.
