I get that, I was mostly making a joke.  But, I would also doubt that SubPop is a label you need that extra layer of protection from getting ripped off.

Weird. UPS has always just dropped off packages everywhere I've lived. Apartment complexes, townhomes, house. Doesn't matter. They drop the package, ring the bell, and get in the truck before they even know if I'm home.
 
And 10 miles roundtrip is nothing. I once had wine shipped to my house that required signature confirmation. Was never home when they tried to deliver. I had to drive 50 miles roundtrip at rush hour to get the stupid wine.

Has anybody had an autograph authenticated by a 3rd party?  Is it worth doing?
 
I have had this signed copy of the Ramones S/T for about 10 years.  I bought it in an auction run by Arturo Vega (RIP) who was running the official Ramones website at the time.
 
No real plans to sell it, just wondering what factors go into setting value on a signed record.
 

 

I have Been using the blu e cig for a couple of weeks and I like it. Although I would like to upgrade. I don't really agree with people thinking its dumb though. I use mine just like I would if I were smoking a real cigarette and absolutely don't do it in doors anywhere. I technically could I guess but I would look incredibly stupid. I think it is a great way for a person to get the feeling of a cigarette but no tar or any of the other thousands of chemicals just nicotine.

I don't really have a stance on these and am not a smoker, but it was super nice that our tour van didn't constantly smell like smoke from the other 3 dudes who do smoke.

They sell tanks for oils and dry buds and they use the same batteries as the E Cigs and just screw on like the tanks for juice.

Wow I must admit I feel a bit let down by Sub Pop! Because I think Loser Edition is green while the one from Washed Out's website was maroon!

Wow, all the best brother. True story: my grandfather had lymphoma, he decided to wait it out at home and monitor it. His body ended up going into remission on its own without treatment. He cured himself, and it was the first time the doctors had ever seen that. They did a bunch of tests and studies on him, but couldn't figure out why. I'm obviously not recommending avoiding treatment or anything, but hopefully that story is somewhat uplifting.

I found out Wednesday. I went into the doctor for what I thought was a virus or infection, turned out it was cancer. So that turned out to be the most bizarre day of my life thus far. They believe it's lymphoma and it's pressed against a lung and wrapped around 2 arteries in my heart. It makes it so I get out of breath super easy and the blood flow is inconsistent. We don't know what type or stage of lymphoma yet, I'll find that out Tuesday/Wednesday when I go up to Loyola university to get a biopsy. Anyway, I guess I'm posting because I need to get it off my chest and actually saying it helps keep the denial away. Advice and encouragement might be what I'm seeking as well. These boards get pretty silly, but I've seen some pretty awesome stuff with members helping other members. Well, I feel a little better now so that's good. If you've read this, I appreciate you taking the time. Thank you.

assuming used and in good condition--seems like a reasonable price.  No idea what these would all cost individually in Candaland, but even in USD it would be a hefty discount over new prices (Table + Cart + Speedbox = $350 + $225 + $130).
