GradedOnACurve
Wasn't this $60? (Still too much IMO)
dantheriver
Wasn't this $60? (Still too much IMO) Original bundle w/ starburst variants was $80. At some point they made them available by themselves for $60. Looks like there are still over 500 of these available. Might pick up a set if they get discounted eventually. deadreckoning
Yeah, that standard version (solid colors, /4000?) is $60. The bundle with the Starburst colors (/1000), a shirt and poster is $80, which I think is only available from HWM. I imagine the price may drop on the is at some point. fuckinandsuckinandtouchin
The set looks awesome.. I was listening to Forever And Counting the other day. I think I got the last copy from No Idea which was also their final pressing of it.. not that it's hard to find anyway.

I remember hearing something along those lines. I also remember reading about a double vinyl reissue of Finding The Rhythms from No Idea.... GradedOnACurve
Is it 45 rpm? Unfortunately it is 33rpm, I was really hoping for 45rpm. Answer is on the same page.

GradedOnACurve
How many people will pick this up for $40? http://riserecords.merchnow.com/products/190588/20th-anniversary-collection-starburst-boxset

NapalmBrain
I feel like you could almost buy each album individually for this price, their records have a very low resale value. it's a cool set, but I'm more of an album guy I just can't even justify $40. I still really need fuel for the hate game and caution
dantheriver
Considering it but I may wait on another price drop. Yea... there's still almost half of the starburst pressing available. There's gotta be a lower price coming eventually if they want to get rid of these.

I look at it almost every time I'm in there. I don't have any HWM albums on vinyl, but this is still a little unnecessary unless it's dirt cheap. phelansegur
... I still really need fuel for the hate game and caution The new Fuel pressing looks really great .. and it's DMM mastered in 2015
The Butcha
The box looks cool. But not $40 cool.
youspinmeround
How would you rank hwm releases division> caution> fuel> flight> counting> next> existed With that said I only really listen to the first 4 I listed...last 2 I can not get into at all and counting in the more raspy earlier vocal type doesn't hold up to division or fuel
GreatGreenOne77
For me it has to be: Fuel> Forever> Division> Next> Flight. Like you, these are the 4 I listen to most. I saw HWM when they were touring for Fuel for the Hate Game when I was still in high school, so that earlier rougher voiced stuff is my bread & butter... I could kick myself still for not buying vinyl back then and investing in CDs instead. Makes me sick to see the prices on stuff I could have had for like $8-$

GreatGreenOne77
no like caution? I do, it's just one of the ones that doesn't get spun very much by me. I guess I'm so partial to Fuel & Forever due to them being the introduction for me and they have such good memories attached. It's still a trip for me to watch a live video of them on a big stage when I saw them at a VFW and got to stand like three feet from them the entire time... I'm an old nostalgic fucker lol
youspinmeround
I saw them in a plenty of sweaty halls and clubs. ...caution to me bridged the band into more melodic territory and as I got older was a little more easier to listen to. With that said, they really are a great band. The "reunion" album though is pretty bad

One of the few bands I have continued to listen to since first hearing them.
