BuzzersonKillwell
Bunch of fun series so far. Nice to see teams like the A's and Pirates get some postseason wins. Weird to watch baseball from the west coast. Start times are all fucked up.
mclz
Calling a Dodgers/Red Sox World Series with Dodgers in 6. As a Yankees fan I obviously want the Sox to lose, but I really just want to see Don Mattingly get to be in a WS. A part of the Majors since 1982 and still has never been there as a coach or player. 31 years! I believe Joe Torre has the record for a player and/or coach to be a part of the Majors for X amount of years without getting to a WS. It was 36 years between 1960 and 1996. KennyFuckingPowers
Yeah I always felt so bad for Don. Great player/person and never got to the big one.

travis
I wanna see an A's/Pirates World Series, probably wont happen but as long as the Dodgers don't win it all I'll be happy. I want them to get knocked out ASAP.

Guest
rays caught every break in the world in the 7th. that was brutal. also, fuck tropicana. just tear the roof off of that shithole and be done with all the catwalk nonsense. there is no room for that in professional baseball. I watched about half of the game and Boston benefited from blown calls at 2nd and at 3rd, if we're talking about breaks.

Guest
i don't know what you're talking about at third, but yeah, berry was out by about a quarter inch. given how close it was and the ump's view, it wasn't a blown call as much as it was just the wrong call. and nothing even came of it. but that inning that the rays took the lead, the ball never left the infield. i'm not saying they were given breaks... the ball just fell in all the right places for them.
