I never said Lebron wasn't a great player. I just can't stand him. I think he comes off very smug and full of himself in interviews and whatnot. He just generally rubs me the wrong way.

I don't think he's very classy either. At least not if you've followed his history vs. the Wizards. He trashes the Wizards team and players in the media, he cries about hard fouls, cries some more when he doesn't get the star treatment calls from the refs. (all these events surrounding various Wiz/Cavs games)

The guy is pretty easy to dislike.

Seeing him in 1000 unfunny commercials doesn't help any either.

i hope so. and you're right; they didn't have their best stuff last night, while the nuggets seemingly did. so i guess that should be encouraging, right? i wasn't nervous in the first half (even when they were down 13), but when they were down 7 in the 4th quarter, i have to admit i was a little fidgetty in my seat. kobe really stepped up in the last 12 minutes, though. he's the man.

Kobe is, indeed, the man. Game Two should be interesting. Gasol wasn't too good in this game and neither was Farmar, Sasha, Lamar, or Ariza. The rest of the team, outside of Kobe, made 24 shots all night. I just think the Lakers have much, much more and the Nuggets have a little more. I mean Chauncey is going to play better but then again Melo probably isn't.

good win for orlando. id like to see them beat the cavs, i mean..lebron, just because i think the NBA is making a huge deal over "KOBE AND LEBRON WHOS BETTER!?!?" and it will just be stupid if its them two in the finals. orlando can do it too. its also kinda funny how its pretty noticeable how average cleveland is without lebron.
