whateverrrr
I already have a stupid associate's that does absolutely NOTHING. And am paying way too much money for a Bachelor's. fuck school dude. i am so burnt out on it.
monk0nuggets
Every day I regret going to school. It sucks, I'm in between where my parent's made too much for the state to give me any aid, but they don't make enough to help me pay for anything. This year was the first year I got to claim complete financial independence and NYS gave me fucking $66 a semester. Thanks. Thanks a lot. mcm1610
NYS hooked me the fuck up last year. I was offered like 20g and all I needed was 12 or 13. I have a BA in History and Economics, a teaching certificate, and before I'm done I'll have my master's in SS Educ. For people saying you don't use the degree, you do. Yes, you learn more in the first 6-12 months of your job becuase no one ever expects you to learn real job skills in college. College is all screening and signaling. All it says is "yes, I have the discipline, organization, and work ethic to get through 4-years of optional schooling, so I can probably do whatever tasks you throw at me fairly well." That's why you can get an art degree and end up owning an architecture firm like my mom's friend. No one gives a shit what your degree is, just... do you have one?
