There was a glitch in the converge store that prevented media mail from showing up. If you visited the converge store, then went to other stores, the glitch stuck with you. It's now fixed. I made an excuse to go "get a drink" and managed to get on someone else's computer to order, but since I was going so fast, I missed the Jane Doe. I ended up placing another order.
