Over The Top

um... Over The Top is amazing.

How can you go wrong with Sly Stallone as a trucker who is fighting for the custody of his son at the same time he is trying to win an arm-wrestling competition and who gets into extra serious business mode when he flips his hat backwards (like popeye eating spinich)?

*Edit- AND SLY STALLONE's CHARACTER IS NAMED LINCOLN FUCKING HAWK. (the fucking was added for emphasis, but it hardly needs it)

I'm not disputing the movie's greatness. I'm just going on imdb ratings.

And how you could forget to mention such classic cinematic protagonists as Bull 'fucking' Hurley or Mad Dog (even though Mad Dog is constantly shouting what sounds like "Mad Dirt")?

what? No one remembers "Get A Life" or his fucking phenomenal performance in SCArY MOVIe 2 (take my good hand)? The Sky is Falling was a pretty decent movie with him in it. and well, his skits on the david letterman show, especially the marlon brando impersonation, were pretty fuckin' hilarious. I was chris elliott junkie back in the 90's. had all the get a life episodes recorded among other vhs videos. and of course he made a appearance on law & order, but then again i've seen just about every episode of every series of that show.
