it's a horrible arrangement and they totally butchered it with their rendition. they do punk and indie covers and that's what has garnered them attention. they are nothing more than the equivalent to a bad cover band.

Both high schools I went to had big glee clubs, so... I don't know what you're talking about. One was even an all-guy school.

No song by a glee club is going to sound as cool as the original song, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't do it. There's infinitely worse songs they could've picked.

Seriously. I love the "People should only try and do something different if they do it well" attitude coming from a bunch of punk music fans. Butchering a cover is punk 101, at least it wasn't "Knowledge." Also props to these kids for trying something different. Beats the shit out of another choral take on "Living on a Prayer"
