To know who got what number.. Plus, imo, it slightly justifies a price increase... at least, to me it does. Why do you expect the label to lose money sending you a record? The majority of the records I mail out are 2 lbs & cost $3+ w/ delivery confirmation. Add a box for an additional $.50-$1. Or will be get refunded the $2? shipping out a 2 lb package via media mail(an lp with packing materials and the box is over 1 lb and MM rounds up to the next pound) + delivery confirmation costs like $3.60 + approx. .50 for the box + tape and time...$5 is a fair price. Isn't Enjoy The Ride Records supposed to do this? We are indeed, the test pressings are in transit and assuming all goes well with them, we will have them available mid november. They are going to be 180 gram with gatefold sleeve. 500 total copies over 3 colors(100 red, 200 white, 200 black). There will be no pre order, once they arrive we will take pics of the final product and put em up for sale. As always we will give a few days heads up before they go up though.
