mcm1610
its a charity thing.I said FOR ANY REASON!No, I didn't know they were for charity, as I didn't do anything but watch (most of) the video. It doesn't change the fact that they are ugly as shit.
booyahachieved
If I'm gonna drop more than a grand on a pair of shoes they better be personally delivered by Michael J Fox while riding a hoverboard. Otherwise... why bother?

mcm1610
Couldn't you just donate money to the charity itself and not have ugly shoes?
ifworkpermits
no matter how ugly the shoes may look, they are still the Back To The Future shoes... Just sayin... I wish I had that much money...
controlthebleeding
Couldn't you just donate money to the charity itself and not have ugly shoes? you know how people tend to bid higher on ebay auctions, and when charities involved, people are a little more generous in regards to bidding. hence why the actual final bids are higher than what people would probably donate in general. not to mention the dudes from google are matching dollar for dollar for the charity auctions. so mjf's charity auctions tend to make a ton of $$$ for the foundation. something that probably wouldn't have happened otherwise. with media, movie nostalgia, and the latest limited edition KICK mentality, they auctions stand to make more money than if they didn't do anything. whatever works.
