Green Tea Papi
Oldboy is my shit. It's so good that spike lee can't even fuck it up. Also for some reason I haven't really posted hear before. But if you haven't watched Donnie Darko, watch it or you are dead to me. "This is some good shit huh?" "It's a fucking cigarette!" I love Donnie Darko

ShakeyHands
Saw The Way, Way Back and Fruitvale Station yesterday. The Way, Way Back was okay. I wanted more from it, then what I got. Fruitvale Station is so great though.
swisherprice
Unfortunately just watched 6 Souls, what a shit sandwich... Also finally got around to watching The Place Beyond the Pines. I won't say I was disappointed but I wasn't as enveloped as I hoped to be. Solid all around, just a little let down by it I was left bored by the third act in The Place Beyond The Pines, first two were great, but it definitely lost speed there and dragged on. Rip
My girlfriend and I went and saw The To Do List the other day. Damn it was hilarious. It also should be any Aubrey Plaza fan's wet-dream.
bathroommonkey
saw the Way Way Back and World War Z this weekend. both delivered. I wanted to super punch Steve Carrel in the nuts and love hump Sam Rockwell. WWZ, better than I expected. surprised to read on wiki that a sequel is in the works. mitch.
WWZ, better than I expected. surprised to read on wiki that a sequel is in the works. A few people I know have said it was shit, but I disagree. I thought it was pretty good, I particularly liked how it was post-evac. I watched Spring Breakers the other night, I couldn't get into it at all. Thrice55
Just finished rewatching season 4 of Breaking Bad again, I can't wait to get my hands on the first half of season 5. I'm sooooo fucking ready for August 11th already! And also just read that Arrested Development will be renewed for another season by Netflix! The bonus to end all bonus'! Thrice55
Also just watched Mud last night, pleasantly surprised by this one. Everyone did a great job acting especially the the young-uns. hobohunter48
ronniegwilliams
Watched Drinking Buddies last night and it definitely is worth a viewing. Starring Olivia Wilde, Anna Kendrick, Ron Livingston (Office Space), and Jake Johnson (New Girl). I absolutely love the entirety of the starring cast and the chemistry between the characters is amazing. The dialogue between the four is incredibly realistic. I highly recommend checking it out. Afterwards we watched Hell Baby, written by Robert Ben Garant and Thomas Lennon (Reno 911) and starring a hell of a cast. Rob Corrdry is the man and can do no harm in my eyes. If you dig ridiculous horror comedy then watch this jam.

thebiglebowski
If anyone wants a laugh, fire up "omg! The 50 top incidents in wwe history" on Netflix and watch #25. I don't even like wrestling. A buddy told me to watch it. Pretty damn funny. Rip
Rip
^ A whole bunch of my friends and I watched that a couple years ago and we were dying. The one you mentioned, plus 41 (Grocery Store Attack) and 39 (Tim White Tries To End It All) were my absolute favorites. It blows my mind to look back and see what they used to do and get away with. ronniegwilliams
I just finished Mud, and I'm having hard time trying to describe exactly how I feel about it. Jeff Nichols is to film as what Cormac McCarthy is to written word. Needless to say, Mud was one of the most amazing films I have had the pleasure of viewing this year. I don't care about the ignorant films he's done in the past, or what anyone has to say about him, Matthew Mcconaughey is an amazing actor. mitch.
Got to see Wolverine for free yesterday. I haven't seen any X-Men films since the first one in 2000, but having said that, Wolverine was still entertaining for what it was.
Rip
FINALLY got around to seeing Only God Forgives. I fucking loved it. Such a crazy/awesome film.
paintedinexile
Watched "We Need to Talk About Kevin" for the 2nd time last night and it was just as fucked up as I remembered. Great cinematography, deranged kid. I really wish John C. Reilly would do more serious films. He was pretty good in The River Wild as well. Same as Toby as Spider-Man. I may see that movie eventually but just not feeling like i need to get out and see it right away.
radiatorhums
Been watching Orange is the New Black, The Shield (season 3) and The West Wing (season 6) for TV. Orange is the New Black is surprisingly good. I just watched WarGames for the first time in probably 15-20 years, still a great film. Going to watch Sleep Tight tonight or tomorrow I think. I may see that movie eventually but just not feeling like i need to get out and see it right away. Fair point. I think there is a big difference with Spider-Man though, since Spider-Man 3 was pretty much trash. I wouldn't have gone and seen Wolverine if I didn't get a free ticket. thebiglebowski
There's a lot of financial people questioning these Netflix originals. They are being received very well, but they cost a ton of money and aren't really bringing in a ton of new subscribers. I doubt House of Cards goes anywhere (the emmy nominations are huge publicity) and Arrested Development (if the actors/producers can get everyone to do more). The rest of them are kinda suspect. Would probably be surprised if Hemlock Grove came back.
