It was about 7 hours total and my favorite moment was staring at the sky and vividly seeing all the constellations (dotted lines connecting the stars and all, it was nuts.) It sounds lame but it was pretty life changing. I normally have severe anxiety but since I did it there has been absolutely zero and I find myself doing outgoing things that I would have never done before.
