That is simply nothing any of the US labels or distros can do a thing about. And, it makes me think about certain purchases twice, which my wallet appreciates in most cases. I understand their reasoning, but I'm not going to lose cash on the deal to cover shipping. I'm usually one to be fair and help cover costs, but a $15-20 hit isn't worth it.
