almightyseancore
just to point out the pink elephant, i'm wondering if there's details about his sexuality in here.
museummouth
I think the publisher it's keeping the rights tight. Apparently even US reviewers couldn't even get copies.

ratbrain
just to point out the pink elephant, i'm wondering if there's details about his sexuality in here. it's mentioned here, caught me off guard... http://www.theguardian.com/music/2013/oct/17/morrissey-autobiography-triumph-mired-moaning-review the review makes it sound like exactly the book you'd think Morrissey would write. so of course i need to read it now. koljou
I want to order this, but I think I'll hold out for a US release or something. I didn't realize Amazon UK raised shipping costs, though it makes sense.
knifeparty
Is there a way to order the ebook on Amazon UK and read it on a US ipad or something? Just curious as that would be a bit cheaper. If not, I will just bite the bullet and import it.
billya
I'll be in Ireland in like two weeks. Not a fan of this dude, but I'm almost intrigued enough to pick it up. I would imagine that Ireland will be able to import it from the UK easily.

jerseydave77
This is an autobiography I'd really like to read but I'm not convinced he will be entirely honest or maybe I'm not sure he'll write the book that I really want from him. It's hard to be truly revealing and I know I'll cave and get it. I hope he does an NYC Book Event.

I'm going to order this when I get paid in the morning. Too bad it probably won't arrive before I go on vacation next week, it would be excellent plane reading. darkeyelids
Agreed, deserves the classic title. This is getting a domestic US release on December 3rd. New cover art I imagine a swell as a hardcover edition #bookcollective
kamalatapes
Something held me back from purchasing this book in the U.S. I just felt it might be more "Americanized" or whatever that meant so I searched for a UK edition and of course there is a UK edition, even Special Edition with full color and a list of complete "discography" within the book. Also according to Stereogum the US edition is edited differently. http://www.stereogum.com/1589931/homosexual-relationship-edited-out-of-morrisseys-autobiography-in-the-u-s/news/ Stereogum claims the US edition down plays Morrisseys relationships with the photographer of the cover of the UK special edition hardback.
