heypeterman
scored a copy of Sausage's "Riddles Are Abound Tonight" (Les Claypool's brief 90s side project)... been looking for this one for a looooong ass time at a good price (ie, under $100) and finally saw one come up on Discogs. super stoked. I've also been looking for a long time and recently missed one on eBay that sold for $36. I dropped the ball on my last minute bid.

koljou
VA - Office Space soundtrack (bootleg) What. I didn't even know a bootleg of this existed. How much did you pay for it / does it usually go for? I neeeeed it.

I paid $18 but it looks like you can get it for cheaper... http://turntablelab.com/products/office-space-the-motion-picture-soundtrack-clear-vinyl-lp http://www.ebay.com/itm/V-A-Office-Space-OST-LP-NEW-VINYL-unofficial-Ice-Cube-Geto-Boys-Scarface-Kool-K-/190909486858 just gave it a spin and it sounds decent, good low end for something I'm assuming was copied from a CD. It's on clear vinyl and you can tell it's the cheap stuff, lots of imperfections, though it didn't seem to affect play...

ratbrain
I love Showcase Showdown. I've been meaning to pick up that record forever. Hope all goes well! welp, the record showed up today. jacket is okay but the vinyl has tons of surface scratches/dust/dirt/grease/fingerprints. should've known better than to give someone named "sweetleavesz" the benefit of the doubt. ratbrain
Fuck that! Time to give them a shitty review.. How could someone do that to a Showcase Showdown record? Disrespect. seriously, i'm appalled, and the guy is from Massachusetts too. (well, Worcester...) anyway, i wrote him a msg on Discogs saying i'd return it to him or take a partial refund. if i don't hear back, i'm gonna take his ass to Paypal Court and get my $ back.
