Don't you make the offers in this situation?

Ideally, you want them packed tightly enough that they are perfectly vertical, not leaning (to prevent warping/bending), but loose enough that they aren't pressing horrible ringwear into all the covers.
 
My rule of thumb is that I should be able to easily pull out or push in a record without the ones around it sliding along with it. When I don't have a shelf full enough, I stick a shoebox or something in as a "bookend" if needed.

I'm steaming mad right now.  An employee at Yorktown HT told me that LazyLabrador had moved to the Chicagoland area. I wasn't sure if it was true until you just said that but now I'm certain it is.

I think the only annoying thing about these forums is sense of elitism by those with high post counts and desire to limit that actions of new folk. I will admit new folk are more likely to ask stupid questions and make mistakes but hardly an open forum if we ever excluded people from enjoying the website. I don't remember running into this sorta issue when I joined but I am sure I just got lucky.

My brother won the album art contest for this back in the day but they never thanked him or gave him anything in return.  I know it's not an official release but it would have been cool for him to get a little something.
