Finally popped open one of the milk stouts that my buddy and I made at the Corkscrew Winery in Ocala, FL.
It's so good. Everything a dark beer, and a milk stout needs to be. Rich, sweet, creamy, filled with coffee and chocolate notes which make it go down smooth. 
 

Here are some of my favorites from this year. Hail the Sun - Culture Scars is without a doubt my #1 AOTY. I can't get enough of it.

The heavy one was a daft punk boxset i'd been wanting for a while!

 
Second was a couple records. One was one of my favorite albums FUNKADELIC!!! I hadn't heard of the other band but have been giving them a listen and I like what I hear!

 
The last box was a rad Lego set fully equipped with moose!

 
All in all, I loved the gift! Based on the clues that the note had has, my SS this year was:

But really, I'm glad it got to you already! And your foster kitten is beyond adorable! The other two packages should be there any day as I did send them out at the same time as the one you already received. Wishing you a very happy thanksgiving (ours is now snow-covered) and that you find a bunch of happiness in the presents

Package arrived today. I was going to wait to open it, but there was a message on the exterior stating i should open it ASAP because it was filled with perishable goodies. It did not lie, as there were many tasty treats, including delicious homemade apple cider caramels. The rest of the numerous gifts were individually wrapped. Thus, i think i will wait until at least December to open them. The exterior note also stated that this was package 3/3!? That seems crazy.
 

 
Although i have not opened the gifts, i shall attempt to identify the generous sender.  Using my government spy training and multiple  clues: immaculate penmanship, northern motif and love of pizza, murder by death, and lil' bub..... I think it was chkadea in the UP with the USPS.

I finally caved and opened my SS package today, mainly because I have relatives coming in for Thanksgiving and am trying to clear out the guest room but also because I've had a really shitty few weeks and needed something to cheer me up. This definitely did the trick!
 

 
My Secret Santa got me the soundtrack to my favorite movie of all time, a bunch of pro wrestling-related items (Mick Foley is one of my all-time favorite wrestlers and I legitimately LOLed at the bedpan packaged with the Kane action figure, ha!), a cassette version of some recent Coheed & Cambria demos (perfect for my old-ass car stereo) and an awesome mix loaded with some of this year's best jams! I already know some of the tracks on it (Against Me!, Gates, Nothing, Thrice, Look Mexico, Emarosa and From Indian Lakes), but there are a ton of artists on it I've never checked out before so I'm looking forward to discovering some new music.
 
As for who my SS is, after going through the clues provided (and through his Discogs collection), I am 99.99999% positive my Secret Santa is @THE_James_Champ! Thanks for being so thoughtful with your gifts, you really made not only my day but my week.

2 weeks in the midwest really opened my eyes to a lot of good beer. i miss bell's and 3 floyds already... 

Vietnamese Speedway Stout got me like whoa at brunch today. 

I received a box from Amazon today.  I opened it thinking it was the last of my xmas shopping, but there was curator stuff in there instead!  I actually texted my mom and girlfriend asking if they ordered something through Prime and sent it in my name/address, but they didn't.  I looked around for a packing slip, message, etc. and found this...

Thanks so much Batman!  I love The Menzingers and for some reason I didn't own this album.  I'm actually going to see them this weekend in Scranton for their annual holiday show.  @shadowkid33 are you going again this year?!
 
I'm psyched to check out the Bukowski book.  I have two of his books and this one is full of poems throughout his life.  It's a big one too!
 
Last, but not least.. awesome job on the Please Kill Me book!  I have the older edition, but they just released this 20th anniversary edition which I really wanted, but didn't want to re-buy!

I got my gift today, and being an impatient bastard, in addition to my birthday being next week, I had to open it. I got some seriously bad ass stuff!
 
First up: this massive Justice League poster, with art by the always awesome Bryan Hitch

 
Next up, we have a full set of rings belonging to all of the Lantern Corps on the emotional spectrum, and an additional Legion ring.

Then an awesome Lego ship that I will build and display on my desk at work, and a horror movie my Secret Santa says is one of his faves, I've never seen it, but I'm going to watch it this weekend!

 
And last, but not least, some vinyl. I am unfamiliar with the Ninja Gun EP, so I'm looking forward to giving that a spin, and as for the Elliot Smith, I'm so glad I DIDN'T buy it for myself like I was going to a few months ago. 

 
And as for WHO my secret Santa is. The signs we TELLTALE, as I soon discovered myself drinking a Slurm and hailing the Hypnotoad. I have to thank you, @roadmonkey, this stuff is fantastic.
