I started at the beginning and found The Freed Man and Weed Forestin to be my favorites, but I really like lo-fi 4 track recordings too. You could start anywhere really, all of it's good.

This episode got more laughs out of me than possibly all of the last season combined. It didn't really wow me, but there were a couple really funny moments (Charlie coming out of the floor, high on paint was great).

I agree with you there. It's been a while since I've listened to it, but I think it might be my favorite.

Just ordered mine (along with that The Books compilation). Knowing exactly how many of the colored were remaining definitely affected my promptness in ordering. I think that with the exception of EiTS, Pinback, Mono and (maybe) Envy, Temp Res material doesn't move insanely quick. I could be wrong on that, but I have noticed that I've been able to get the colored vinyl for a lot of releases a month of two after the fact

If the This Will Destroy You live album thread is correct, Magic Bullet doesn't really do preorders. I'm really looking forward to this, the track I heard was rad. Neither Brodsky nor Koller can do any wrong in my book.

I doubt we'll see any. As far as I can tell, Sargent House will either give pressing information when the item is available for preorder (Russian Circles - Memorial is a current example of that) or they won't release any info (Russian Circles - Geneva has three variants, no pressing info).

The last pressing wasn't a gatefold, but they were also sleeves that were left over from a previous pressing. The recent American Nervoso pressing was a 2xLP and it wasn't a gatefold either. So my money is that this one won't be either.

I think the album is stronger than What We All Come To Need (which I think is their weakest LP), but I don't like it as much as their other full lengths. It's definitely a good album and I'm excited to get this and dig into it more.

What do you guys think of the EP so far? Mine will get here tomorrow and I'm really looking forward to hearing it.

Ordered all three through Amazon, no risks. If Sumerian comes up with something more appealing, I'll cancel it.

I just grabbed the splatter, hope it looks close to the mock up. I think I like this variant better than the first one that was on sale, but I'm mainly stoked to get this. The album exceeded my expectations quite a bit.

I hope it's just an hour! We've suffered enough this year!

You just saved me from watching this! I've been curious about it, but kind of assumed I wouldn't like it. I watched 100 Bloody Acres last night. I really enjoyed it, but I couldn't specifically say what I liked about it.
