  1. Same here, but the album is amazing, so everyone here who have yet to grab it, should definitely consider getting one.
  2. Much better than the GSL picture disc. I'm glad to be able to listen to it without all that surface hiss from the old version. It also includes all artwork parts from before.
  3. The plain yellow lp with the extra tracks is just much brighter than the dark green marbled one containing the album.
  4. I didn't expect this to show up for at least a couple of weeks, but the reissue arrived here today. Maybe Polyvinyl sent out overseas orders early. The expanded design and the booklet are really well done. Great comments about the structure and recording of the individual songs. You will probably only want to listen to the bonus lp, if you are already acquainted with the album itself. I am very pleased with how this turned out.
  5. The blue/black Epitaph Europe version is indeed a 180g. pressing. Here is what mine looks like.
  6. EU people can grab the Dads - 'Woman' 7" here now: http://eu.kingsroadmerch.com/6131-records/view/?id=7898&cid=1578
  7. Both records with mine are red. A/B & C/D engravings on the records, but A/B side label indications on both, although the tracks mentioned on each side are correct. This one has 'Manufactured in the EU' on the back and 9362-49387-5 on the spine.
  8. Picked this up today for RSD. Black vinyl, no poster. Doesn't do much difference for me, but if you want the other version be sure to check the color before purchasing.
  9. Did Matador not have a UK or EU webshop previously, or am I just imagining things. I would like to get the 2xLP version of 'Glass Boys', but am waiting to pull the trigger in case there would be a retailer, where I could avoid taxes and high shipping. Any suggestions?
  10. Got just about the same reply after sending them pictures. Replacement on it's way.
  11. Yes, I can only encourage everyone to shoot them an email. First time I have ever gotten an LP sent in a plastic envelope, and I have seen some pretty silly shipping solutions throughout the years.
  12. A white copy from Rude Records showed up here. Piss poor packaging job with the plastic envelope solution, as mentioned by others who have gotten it from them too. Bent sleeve, multiple seam splits. Have any of you getting the mangled records had any luck with a response from Rude Records about it?
  13. With the green version they were included as the last two tracks of the lp download (and the zip folder tag mentioning it).
  14. The engravings at the run out grooves are different. Compare the A-sides from each set and you have the answer. http://www.discogs.com/Nirvana-In-Utero/release/4927358 http://www.discogs.com/Nirvana-In-Utero-2013-Mix/release/5146137
  15. I have a hard time finding one single English word to translate their name into, when asked about it. Makthaver = a person in a position of power. Makthaverskan = a woman in that position. But that pronunciation above is probably as close as you will get, without Swedish being your native language. I would do it with a slight twist, Mockt-Haver-Skan, but then again, I am Danish, so my take on Swedish can be a bit off.
  16. Auch. Reminds me of the endless barrage of anonymous goth- and electropop I have had to endure years ago, while being hauled around at clubs mainly for people who dress in all black & get off at staring into dead air.
  17. I had not imagined them going even rawer than 'Harvest of the Carcass' - but they certainly did...and it rips. Best new heavy music I have heard this year thus far.
  18. Got a red copy of this today. Almost constant surface noise on both sides. That does not go well with music like this. Anyone who can tell me how their copies sound? I am waiting for a response from Southern Lord to hear if it is a one-off thing or not.
