  1. Yeah...I know we have a cassettes board...but this would get lost there...so here it is. NOTHING cassettes. NOTHING CASSETTES – Relapse Records Official Store
  2. Anyonw knowledgeable with Nuclear Blast Records. If the records show "Temporarily Out Of Stock" but they can still be carted...does it mean they'll go out if and when gets re-stocked? I'm looking at the two new Cavalera re-recordings.

  4. And the plot thickens. As we're dealing with more and more of this...we're finding out more disappointing things. We knew that my father left no will. We've accepted that. But now, as we've started digging into all paperwork and docs we're finding to contact all of his pertinent finances and whatnot, we have been made aware that he had no life insurance via his pension plan. And the pension plan payout to his my mom, his beneficiary, is going to be a pittance. And that's what we know so far. So the stress levels are off the charts...esp. my mom. How are we going to afford the mortgage, property taxes, insurance (home & car) and everything else we've been left with? I feel that it may not have been intentional on my father's part to leave a mess...but he was always such a proud man and hopeful that he would beat the cancer and would be OK. But it wasn't to be as we're here now. I just needed to vent for a moment.
  5. Looks like it's cheaper to get from 4AD or BC for $22.08 a pop. The Bandbox exclusives are $34.99. Geez.

  8. Target Lilac version arrived today. Tired of seeing 3xLP releases in 2xLP gatefold. Ugh.

  10. That's what happened to me a few days ago. I started getting the Sandbag emails but no info what it was. Then it showed up.

  13. I have no words to express the gratitude and support from everyone so far. This has been an incredibly difficult and unexpected turn of events and experience. My father had been fighting cancer for two years now...for a second time...and was doing well. But three weeks ago this past Wednesday, he complained that was feeling dizzy and not all balanced. We took him to the ER and eventually was admitted and found that he had multiple small strokes in his head, a brain bleed, and a heart issue. The cancer was in his left lung. In those three weeks, his condition physically and cognitively deteriorated. On that last week, it was worse than ever and it's when doctors advised that nothing else could be done. He was taken to hospice on Friday mid-day and passed at 3:00pm or so right as my mother & I arrived to see him as they had notified us he had arrived and was settled in. My brother had to stay home with our dog as she's been having a very hard time with my father's absence up until then. It has been a great deal of a struggle so far in not only these past weeks but also due to his passing. He left us without any info on a will or life insurance or anything of the sort. So we're handling all of this on our own as best as we can. We tried to contact a number of attorneys to assist us, but they're all asking for amounts of money we do not have. Thankfully, I have a few friends locally who have been able to guide us through some things as best as they can. But it all still feels very lonely and it's most hard on my mom as she feels all alone. And we don't have family close by who can stop in and hang out and be with us in these times. But I am thankful for Jared for not only making this post but also looking out and all of the support and love from all you VC'ers. It's incredibly appreciated and makes me feel less alone in dealing with this. We knew that my father would eventually pass but not this fast. But we're comfortable in knowing that he's no longer suffering and passed peacefully and waited to go as soon as we arrived to see him. I am taking comfort in that. Again...thank you so much VC. I feel the love and gives me comfort.
  14. Would love to get this box set. But def not at that price. Too rich for my blood.
  15. Correct. Project M is the managing/fulfillment company for BK, Revolver, Hard Times, and a couple of others. They're hit-or-miss with sending shit out on time and timely completion of orders. Went with the DW variant...diggin' that one the most.
  16. Yeah…each LP is $30 a pop plus the $5 for the slipcase. They should’ve at least done a discounted bundle price. I’m sure there’ll be variants for Target and UO as last time.
