Don't forget Ebay charges the 12.5% fee on the shipping you charge also. For someone like me in Canada where it costs $20 to ship a record that's another couple dollars in fees. They also charge a 0.4% fee for "international orders" when I ship to the US. AND they charge provincial and federal tax on the fee.
I just checked my last sale of a record and it was 15.88% in fees.

Yep. I'm guessing since all but Before Everything & After have been pressed on vinyl and obtainable (albeit for high prices) for upwards of 25 years, there are a fair number of people uninterested in this except for BEAA. Hardcore fans already have everything on vinyl. 
Also, what a missed opportunity to sell a ton of box sets by including Let It Happen and making it an exclusive to the box.

I had the Matchbook in the Half Red/Half Transparent Yellow I ordered from Amazon

What are they complaining about?!?!?...I am diggin' that sunburst effect. Better than some plain ol' solid orange. 

I figured out how to get to the order status. The issue is they changed their store URL for the Christmas stuff. You gotta change the “selftitled” part to “homefortheholidays” and the link works. 

Its gonna be 2LP. Amazon is wrong a lot.
