@elasalle might. When I do them I get them printed at a local printer on photo paper and them cut them out by hand or with a die cutter. That would probably be your cheapest/quickest option. Just make sure your artwork fits within this template and you're good to go:

Worth noting that the front and back cover and labels are different on the boot than on the original. They look like someone tried to recreate the labels with similar objects on photoshop - the following images showcasing the differences are off a reddit thread. Left is boot right is original.
 

I honestly think I like the boot labels more, but I already have an original so idk if it's worth picking up another copy. Please update on the sound quality of the boot if you get one.

With the album being 1 sided and 11 tracks long I'm guessing he's getting at least 3ish <1 minute tracks.
