  1. interesting! i guess it makes sense since that was probably the most pressed version. i wouldn't be surprised if warner pressed at multiple plants at the time (to make shipping for either coast easier). mine have different matrixes, and the ruby label one doesn't have an insert (it just comes in a clear plastic inner sleeve), and neither are translucent.
  2. refresh of one i posted awhile back, pre-RSD ridiculousness. still missing an italian press with Slash labels to be complete, but supposedly those are the more common ones, so maybe someday... Misfits - Walk Among Us LP (1st press, pink cover) Misfits - Walk Among Us LP (2nd press, purple sky/pink logo, w/ Fiend Club insert) Misfits - Walk Among Us LP (3rd press, Expanded Music, Italian press, dark pink cover, Ruby labels) Misfits - Walk Among Us LP (4th press, purple sky/green logo, Slash labels) Misfits - Walk Among Us LP (4th press, purple sky/green logo, Ruby labels) Misfits - Walk Among Us LP (5th press, pink cover, Rhino repress, US press) Misfits - Walk Among Us LP (5th press, pink cover, Rhino repress, Euro press) Misfits - Walk Among Us LP (6th press, clear vinyl, RSD) [500] Misfits - Walk Among Us LP (6th press, red vinyl, RSD) [1500] Misfits - Walk Among Us LP (6th press, blue vinyl, RSD) [1500] Misfits - Walk Among Us LP (6th press, purple vinyl, Euro RSD) [1500] Misfits - Walk Among Us LP (6th press, black vinyl, has "colored vinyl" sticker from RSD press)
  3. Woah! I've got one of those. Got it new on sale in a store in Wilkes Barre for $7. I thought it was really strange that a colored copy of a Fat release ended up in a store. Actually if I remember right, I think they might have had two. So I don't know how few there really are, but I definitely never thought that would be a $500 record. Jeez...
  4. This is my favorite of their stuff. Thanks for the heads up!
  5. If someone's down to post or DM the info for ordering, I'd love to pick one up!
  6. finally got a chance to check out the samples. i'm stoked for this! there's some hooky shit happening, and it has an identity to itself that the ep was lacking. sounds like a band with a sound now, and one that's as different from from his other bands as those were from each other. can't wait to get this! it may not be as rocking as the live shows have implied, but i have no problem with that.
  7. dale nixon is the fake name greg ginn used on "my war" when he played bass. so i would guess it's blake.
  8. Fuck! Makes me consider selling mine. I actually got both of those for a £1 or 2 each when they were new. I can't believe 7" singles lasted as long as did in the UK considering how little they sold them for.
  9. man, you've got one of the best areas in the country for record stores. and there are honestly more around there now than there have been in years... south of LA = fingerprints, vinyl solution, TKO. hollywood = amoeba, headline, counterpoint. silverlake/glendale = rockaway, permanent, origami, vacation. burbank = freakbeat, atomic (and CD trader if you wanna go as far as tarzana)... and that's just off the top of my head. i mean it sucks that the ones super close to you closed, but you're definitely not making any friends talking about the lack of records when you live where you do. haha...
  10. I got that sampler at the time (still have it somewhere). I was bummed they never actually made it to the Tyler, TX date.
  11. picked this up today. thought it was maybe the green or greenish, but then i decided to try holding it up to the light. turns out its glow in the dark. i would have never guessed cause i've never seen one that dark before...
  12. these have been up on ebay for years, but i just always assumed they were boots of the regular album (since it was before the rhino reissues). i'd be curious to hear it, but not for that much.
  13. If only George Tabb's songs were as good as his MRR columns! The 7" version of "betty crocker punk rocker" is still a good tune!
  14. I came into an extra Misfits on red if any euros out there wanna work out a trade for a purple.
  15. man, i can't listen to that tune and not hear ELO.
  16. wow, clearview records! that's cool and unexpected!
  17. i can understand not feeling "even" as a whole, but "fell in love without you," "this is for real," and "broken heart" are three of the best songs the've ever done. i just don't get how of a fan of the band could trash the whole record like there's nothing worthwhile on there.
  18. hadn't even heard about that. thanks for the heads up! just saw there's a purple one for international too. well, i got the ones i care about. i'm sure i'll track down the new ones eventually. haha...
  19. a small, but now complete, part of a collection! (the two WB's are one with Slash labels and one with Ruby)
  20. Good question. We haven't actually gotten them yet. Just got those pics from the plant.
  21. They now exist! Forgot to mention the poster in my other post (it's double-sided)...
  22. hey, nothing we haven't heard every single time we've released a record.
  23. Not at all! It's gonna be a single LP with a printed inner sleeve, all on the same color for the first press. But it's a very cool color! At least in theory. They don't show up til next week.
