Always nice to see labels reward the loyal customers who put in early preorders by releasing more limited variants after the fact.

Definitely interested in checking this out.  Strange Trails took a while to click for me, but I think that's mostly due to Lonesome Dreams setting the bar so high.

picked up the Route One LP /100. I determined that’s the most Sigur Rós release of the four total and I can’t afford $53 records often. apparently these covers are being painted AT THE SHOW. cannot wait to pick this up. will post pics. 

Probably be cheaper actually going to Iceland to get them than buying from flippers.

I just received my box set in the mail today. I haven't listened yet but now i see what all the complaints were about when it comes to the packaging. It defffffinitly could have been made much better. That said, given everything I know, I would still buy it again since its limited to 200 with the demo's LP. My demo vinyl is hand numbered 31/200 so in a way thats worth it to me. I'll listen to the records over the next few days and post my thoughts on the pressing quality.

A work in progress, but here's what I got going on in my new place.
 

This album has lived up to my expectations. Definitely in my top 3 albums of 2017. Glad I pitched for the box because like many others have already said it's a great package. Can't believe I'll be out of town for their stop in Berkeley!

Wow man. Fuck. Darren was the best part of the band for me, especially the live show. I wonder if Mutemath will still be a thing after this album/tour. 

I moved everything into the basement and finally got around to putting everything up. I just have to find a new lounge chair to replace the desk and I'm done for a while.

finally after almost 10 years (see page #1 for when i first got my 4x4 expedit in 2008 haha) i outgrew it and wanted to add more cubes
changed it up and went with three 2x4 kallax shelves when i saw they were on sale this past week, really pleased with how it turned out


 
 

dang those white shelves against the dark wall color look sweet... i might have to change mine out! 

Last August we sold our house.  Built a new house, finished it in October.  Then decided to finish the basement myself.  Been without records and audio for 10 months.  About 3 weeks ago I finished the basement enough to start moving stuff in.  It's a work in progress with still more stuff yet to come from the framers.  











 

I was saddened to read that Aziz may not do another season for years, if not longer - I respect the approach, though. Hopefully he finds the inspiration sooner.

I actually just finished spinning it! Great soundtrack, would love for them to go back and press some songs from season 1. 

It's an incredible soundtrack and the vinyl also comes with an awesome in-joke poster that'll make you laugh if you've seen the series.

So is anyone else on here completely obsessed with Master of None the show AND the soundtrack?

Season 1 was great but season 2 is a whole other level. The quality of the filmmaking, the natural dialogue and of course the music really made this season one of my favorite TV shows of the last few years. 

So today the vinyl for this soundtrack came in the mail and I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised at the quality of the pressing! Both records are 45RPM and crystal clear and quiet. Its a very eclectic range of genre's and styles but thats one of the reasons this soundtrack is so much fun to listen to.

Bleh  $17 is way too much for a cassette but I bought it anyway because I'm an idiot

Album is so forgettable that I had to play it twice to make sure I heard it the first time. Shame cause I loved their last two.

I just discovered The Japanese House in the last few weeks and since then I ordered everything on their website. She's written some really great songs, I wonder why a full length album isn't out yet?

I made a few upgrades over the weekend (mcintosh c2500 and mt10 turntable). Couldnt be happier w/ my new setup and sound!
