I love the damn record hahaha. Just saw them play it on this tour and it's the best worst trainwreck ever. I was like 3 feet away from the mic and was yelling pretty much the whole thing. I got the mic to yell bullshit during Admit It and Max also pulled me in and threw an arm around my shoulder to sing bridge to The Writhing South (I've got these last twelve...) since it's supposed to be directed at someone and sang at me. After the show he handed me a set specifically and then on the way out gave me a hug and said thanks for being so hyped and shit. Got my original press signed. Now I can die a happy shitlord.

The ...Is a Real Boy 10" box finally price dropped. $30-60 now depending on if you want /100 "test presses". Easy buy for me because this doesn't have Wow I Can Get Sexual Too directly next to Admit It! so I don't have to frantically charge my turntable to pretend that the album only has 13 tracks.

The original release date on that 2000 page was December something-th. I can't remember the exact date. The extension press is literally another RP, they have to wait on ordering more

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Rick and Morty. The humour is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer’s head. There’s also Rick’s nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation- his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realise that they’re not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Rick & Morty truly AREidiots- of course they wouldn’t appreciate, for instance, the humour in Rick’s existential catchphrase “Wubba Lubba Dub Dub,” which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev’s Russian epic Fathers and Sons. I’m smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Dan Harmon’s genius wit unfolds itself on their television screens. What fools.. how I pity them. 

And yes, by the way, i DO have a Rick & Morty tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It’s for the ladies’ eyes only- and even then they have to demonstrate that they’re within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand. Nothin personnel kid

I don't think what he's saying is at all unreasonable. I'm happy to own a copy regardless, but I think it's dumb to try to say you have no grounds to be upset if you don't get the same product you originally ordered.
