I crank these tracks constantly because the music is incredibly groundbreaking, artistic & emotional. 
 
Jesse Lacey was never a part of my life.  But the music was - and it will always be nostalgic and have meaning.
 
Channel your anger into something in the world that matters a just a HAIR more than this.  Like war and famine.  Racism and equality.  That would be a good start for those of you who think you know every detail of what happened and are making absurd claims like you were there and can accurately judge both sides.
 
Oh and by the way... the porn that most of you crank to on the computer screen consist of under-18 girls who were coerced as well.  You just don't know it because they don't tell you.  So don't act like you're so high and mighty.  You just don't have to tell the world you do it because you're not famous and no one cares about you.
 
If his wife can forgive him (who is arguably the of the two most hurt people involved), then I think you can too.  Get off your high horses and let all parties heal.  If you had to promote your heinous sins to the world you would crumble like dirt.  Be happy you're not famous and worry about your own sins before you judge others for theirs.  No one here is a saint.
 
 

I sent my blue/red variant back to Bullmoose for a replacement since the jacket and vinyl were damaged. They specifically said I’d get a replacement. It gets back to them today and they tell me they’re out of them and have refunded me. Am I wrong to think that at the time of my original email to them, one should have been set aside for my replacement? This is BS and in my opinion they owe me a replacement.

This record seems to be second only to the Plain pressing of Loveless in the ranking of Pressings That Dorks On The Internet Love To Complain About Unprompted. I play my copy semi-regularly, and yeah, there's a little more surface noise than average, but come on, people. Seems like one of those things that probably originated as a single post on r/vinyl and nerds everywhere decided that it was their opinion, too.

I have the regular pressing and never had any issues with it. Sure, probably not the greatest sounding record I own, but definitely no defects or artifacts. If this reissue has issues I doubt you'll have any trouble selling it to someone else.

Anyone else's indie copy have a significant repetitive click at the end of Out Of Mana? I looked closely and there's a tiny scribble-scratch right on that outro part with just vocal & guitar. Wondering if pressing defect or a piece of garble got inside the sleeve and did some damage during shipping. 
 
Also, the vinyl, sound-wise, definitely does not hold up to the dynamics and clarity of the digital album. I know vinyl is inherently limited in these respects, but it's noticeably muddier, much more than pressings of their other albums compared to digital. I even did a vinyl rip (I have a good system for it) and while I usually prefer my rips over the digital tracks, the MP3 V0 album that came with the pre-order sounds much better.  Hoping for better mastering on the band exclusive when that arrives.

I gotta say the poster that came with it is pretty cool. Nice to see a picture of them smiling haha.

Did all the members of the band slap you in the face when they were done for making them sign so many things? Because I'm pretty sure I'd have told you to fuck off after about the third thing.

Got the pink from Bullmoose on Friday. Sounds awesome. Actually really enjoying the album. Billy can still write songs, apparently he just needs to keep it simple and focus on lyrics rather than over producing everything.
 

It's cool that they write about social justice and mental health and all that, honestly, but does anyone else think Bello has a cringey way of writing/delivering the message sometimes? Like a high school kid that took his first humanities class and is all preachy. Not as bad as the Between Bodies stuff but definitely on that side of things. I really liked how everything was written on Harmlessness but I thought Greg Horbal did most of that.

I actually sold my copy, I couldn't justify having a record worth $300 on my shelf when I had other monetary needs. However, the few times I played it, it had some very light crackles here and there, presumably just from use over the years, but only really noticeable between songs.. During the songs that pressing kicked ass. Dynamic, punchy, I loved it.

Just wanted to brag a bit  and thought you guys might like seeing some decent pics. Had to spend a pretty penny on it but it's totally worth it.

There are times I want to sell things like these, I too could use an extra $300, but the times I have I've often regretted it later, once that money is gone. I can earn money other ways, I can't produce another collectible from one of my favorite bands in other ways.
