  1. I feel like you could almost buy each album individually for this price, their records have a very low resale value. it's a cool set, but I'm more of an album guy I just can't even justify $40. I still really need fuel for the hate game and caution
  2. I wonder if it's going to be that new ep, I know they are frustrated with pressing wait times for vinyl right now
  3. I've got the albums but I don't have either, hope these will be around for a little while at least
  4. I'll admit I bought Floored on cd when it was relevent, but I wouldn't even pay $5 for an lp version. Stuff like that and Bush I admit liking as a kid, but have no desire to take a stroll down memory lane as it aged awfully IMO, sorry for double posting
  5. I can't stand PJ either, both them and the goo goo dolls are so derivative, such little variation in songwriting and unadventurous does nothing for me personally. But I did not like grunge much or the influence it had on pop music
  6. No, just something against terrible forgettable 90s music being pressed on vinyl. This is why records take 8 months to get pressed, cause labels are putting out bullshit you can buy for .99 on cd, it's not going to be dramatically better or anything like most 90s stuff it's not like it was recorded all analog (could be wrong but it's rare to see in the 90s, DATs were super popular). Between this, Everclear and Goo Goo Dolls I think I'm going to be sick
  7. I love it, but to longtime fans it was too glossy and poppy. It's just a different climate nowadays you wouldn't alienate a fan base doing that these days, but the term sellout isn't even really a thing anymore. That album aged insanely well, but maybe the world wasn't ready?
  8. Have everything else, really want the Virginian though. I spent 100 for blacklisted and furnace room lullaby a year ago. Kind of wish I just waited but this is out of my budget right now
  9. bump to say Tigers Jaw and Jawbreaker both sound great, very happy to have these. Would recommend dealing with em, records were safely shipped and I'm pleased with their condition
  10. 4 lp means expensive Been wanting this album for years, don't really need that ep it's kind of mediocre
  11. What am I doing? I don't have a job but I still pre-ordered the baby pink in clear. I resisted ordering Foxing and the Westkust ep but I couldn't avoid this, I still have that 7'' in regular rotation. The hobby indeed
  12. would like to see matrix info on the new press to see if it's different mastering than the last HT press
  13. Favorite Against Me! album (probably because it was my introduction) been waiting on this album to start my collection, but I'm out of work so I'll have to hold off for now but very excited and goes to a good cause
  14. that sucks my copy without labels sounds fine, but I heard there was a big issue. I also eagerly await a new album it's been awhile after such a long streak. I too love Evil Friends most, followed by Censored Colors
  15. female fronted indie pop band on topshelf records, they are alright I guess but I'm slightly prejudiced because of the other band I dunno if I can commit to listening to 2 bands with the same name
  16. Sorry to slightly derail, but just out of curiosity how many of you are aware there was already an all girl surf rock band called the Wild Ones? Honestly one of my favorite albums in my collection. It's like a mix of the ramones and the shangri-las, unfortunately they broke up but I'm always eager to show others this band, and this is a good excuse as any.
  17. Dtgl was so disappointing I remember springing for the deluxe cd and not being impressed, then seeing them at warped tour and walking away halfway through the set and pretty much stopped listening to them to this day. Tocs was dope though
  18. Personifies what I hate about clueless, entitled new collectors a VG+ record with light surface marks on a somewhat rare record and she throws a shit fit. This represents how I feel after watching this video
  19. Was a good day for 7'' hunting at my local, got all 4 for $11 Self Defense Family - Indoor Wind Chimes on red New Bomb Turks - Trying To Get By 1st pressing pink cover Have Heart - 2003 Demo 1st pressing on black w/red labels Cloud Nothings - Didn't You
  20. Finally watched "Mortynight Run" man the David Bowie fart had me rolling, made the first spin of the day Ziggy Stardust in honor. This might have been my favorite episode, but the newest episode, the meeseeks, and lawnmower dog are all strong contenders, it's like picking a favorite child
