  1. melody's and rainer maria are such scores, someone should grab these I already have copies
  2. 36.99 is pretty fair for that package, ill wait for retail though
  3. thanks went a little overboard in denver yesterday, so ill have to hold off for now though
  4. I wish I could keep up, but that Aussie shipping is killer, very cool would be interested if any US distros get this
  5. it was supposed to be holiday season of 2013 haha. it is Kevin Shields afterall. I'm just going to wait, I got rid of my plain pressing a couple years ago, I avoid boots, and I can't afford an original. I bought that pygmalion 2xlp boot, and yeah for a boot it's good but it's still not mastered for vinyl and sounds bad during lower frequencies, would love a MOV copy instead, since I have the other 3. But I'm getting so sick of waiting, I really want a good copy of this in my collection
  6. My copy in the 2nd edition boxset is perfect, was very pleased with all pressings in the set. It was most likely warped in transit or jammed into overstuffed bins. Warping is a lot more common in the summer months, it may have shipped from a hot area
  7. added a cheap copy of NMH since I just successfully negotiated a trade for the boxset to a fellow VC member
  8. Went to trade in some 45s couldn't help myself and grabbed a green copy of Bjork "Homogenic" almost pulled the trigger like 5 times on that album, pretty happy with it
  9. I'm in the I liked Stranger To Ourselves camp, way better than we were dead
  10. bump, thanks to those who have purchased thus far, first round is out and another shipping tomorrow
  11. Congrats I wish you many years of happiness. I was not so lucky in my marriage but I picked the wrong one and ignored glaring problems, but I'm very content to be single and seeing you two so happy together gives me hope the next time it will be like that. Cheers
  12. I can't get over how good this is, I only heard it once before buying it today. I already had to respin it, and the sound quality is wonderful, I don't often get a splatter that isn't overly noisey. But once through the spin clean for good measure and it's pretty much dead quiet. Great packaging too, and easy on the wallet. RFC always delivers quality releases
  13. 20% off sale at my local got: mewithoutyou "Pale Horses" (bone w/aqua) and the Zero 7 "Simple Things" reissue $34 for both
  14. I worked in record stores for 6 years I've heard wayyyyyyyyyyy too much Pearl Jam. I will consent Yield had some different songs and that I'm an overgeneralizing asshole because I heard way too much of them (Ten, Vs., and that stupid Into The Wild Soundtrack in particular). i just don't like Eddie Vedder ok >.>
  15. Hey I overindulged during my tenure at a record store, and I simply can't listen to everything I have. Some of these were impulse buys or I thought I needed to complete some discographies, but really it's probably not necessary. Maybe there's something you have been looking for, I know it varies in styles and many may not be in everyone's genre of interest, but different strokes for different folks so it doesn't hurt to try. What I don't get bites on will get listed on ebay or sold to my local record store in the near future. Will cut deals for combined offers. $10 minimum per order please, $4 unlimited shipping to anywhere in the US, can ship internationally (pm to discuss). Paypal gift preferred, otherwise please add extra to your purchase to cover fees. Will consider trade offers as well. Just shoot me a pm, can email pics or provide accurate goldmine grading. 16. Darkest Dungeon, and I thought Dark Souls was hard. It's so good and addicitive and unforgiving well worth the $20 even in it's early access state
  17. I've most definitely heard this album, and also retain my opinion of this never needing an lp release and my distaste in delay for new, interesting records as a result of releases like this crowding the line
  18. most releases on american records are scarce and in desperate need of a good quality reissue, although they finally did slayer and johnny cash. Maybe my dreams of System, Danzig and Kwest Tha Madd Lad getting reissues will come true too
  19. Thanks, I wanted that 45 rpm cut but I lagged and it sold out Guess I'm a weirdo but Flight & A Crash was always the stand out album to me, but I totally get all the love for fuel too
  20. original is definitely superior, it was mastered by the legendary Robert Ludwig (led zeppelin II/houses of the holy/jimi hendrix band of gypsies/white stripes icky thump just to name a few of the notable albums under his belt). I would love to one day get a copy too they are just expensive and elusive
