Bryan got both listeners and non-listeners to stage dive, mosh, circle pit and sing along. Anyone who’s in a band needs to take a lesson from that performance. That is proper crowd control, showmanship, and how you make people who’ve never heard of the genre care about hardcore. They couldn’t have done a better job

The Scowl EP goes hard. I like this direction for them, fresher than the LP in my opinion.
The GUMM and Buggin singles are great. I'm looking forward to seeing Buggin again at Tied Down this June now that they have more material.

And even if Malum doesn't even up being as good, we can always just view the two movies as two different stories. Which is nice

I'm very excited for Malum! I really liked the Last Shift, but I wish they had taken it further and it was a little more refined ya know? It had a ton of potential but didn't quite get there as much as I wanted it to. I think a bigger budget will help and I'm looking forward to see how Malum builds on the original story

Thanks! I'll bite. I tried to buy Issue 3 of Creem Magazine the other day because it has a Botch feature. That issue alone was going to cost $49 including tax and $11 for media mail shipping. 8 issues of New Noise with the flexi for $44 seems like a steal in comparison.
