Probably bang on the money there. I imagine a disproportionate amount of the vinyl was snatched up by the American market and they figured that a blanket refusal was the way to go because they were either getting inundated with whiny emails or so much of /250 went to America they didn't feel they could in good conscience still claim it was a UK/EU exclusive. Either way it's shady as all hell. I would've liked to grab a silver initially but I ordered an orange crush after they sold out. It happens with limited records all the time, the first come first served model means you aren't always going to walk away with what you want but it's at least fair. Taking money from people who want a product only to give it back a week later when you decide you don't want THEM in particular to have it is bullshit.
I sadly can see the after market on this being even more competitive and exploitative than previously expected.

10/10 "A gripping read from start to end, it has drama, suspense and the most heartfelt star-crossed romance since Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet. Truly a masterpiece and a thread that will be revered throughout history"

That's for the double disc version too - the single disc version is £10.89. Music Magpie aren't always the most reliable but their cheap price makes them very worthwhile, plus you can often get 20% voucher codes (sadly, not at the moment). I bought a ton of Owen records from them a few weeks back for about £8-9 each.

....and I caved.
Got both the debut on order from Music Magpie & Orange crush from the EU store. Thanks @Burkazoid for suggesting Music Magpie £12 for the debut is insanely cheap.

If you were to order both albums from the US, you'd likely get hit for import tax, whereas you wouldn't for just the one, since it's under £15 value. You could order the first album from somewhere like Music Magpie who have it for around £10.

Great album terrible cover, if you wanna pay homage to crowbar their art should always be avoided.
