There isn't such a thing as European cuisine, for the simple reason Europe is a made up thing.

French has a decent kitchen, Italian is amazing too, some great restaurants all over the Netherlands that only serve Italian.
Best thing the Netherlands has and that you can't really get in the rest of Europe is Indonesian food, Dutch people love it.
Try to steer away from Indonesian/Chinese fusion restaurants tho.
 

All depends were you are eating, if you expect spicy food you are out of luck. 
But there are roughly 100 Michelin star restaurants to chose from. Which is relatively high seeing the size of the country.

I go every other year, because mostly I end up spending way to much money. On average prices are a tad higher than on Discogs, but you will save on shipping. Also I often find stuff I never seen before and aren't listed on Discogs.
 
Plus there are so many high ticket items to choose from, rare 70's Springsteen singles, they are there, Dischord, Revelation classic are for sale, booths filled with Japanse/South American/South Africa pressings. The list goes on.
 
I do find a few good to very good deals if you take the time the whole day to search as much booths as possible, you just have to dig and be a bit lucky.
 
2nd press Bad Brains - Pay To Cum for 40 bucks.
Green Day slappy EP on green for 10 bucks, which sold for 430 three days later.
Quicksand - Slip LP for 5 bucks.
Inside Out 7" on blue for 2 bucks.
Ray and Porcell 7"  out of 100 for 1 buck.

Finally finsihed my AC/DC Japanese pressing collection when Who Made Who arrived yesterday.  Unfortunately, it's not a complete discography since no albums were pressed after Blow Up Your Video.  One of the Highway To Hell and Blow Up Your Video dupes are white label promo's.
 

In the movie Argo, someone at the US Embassy put on Led Zeppelin IV  and my favourite song When The Leevee Breaks starts playing, which is totally annoying since it is the last song of the b-side of the LP and you can clearly see then put the needle on the outside of the record.

So excited about this, tried to talk them into releasing this on vinyl a few years ago but those talks ended up into nothing. But I am happy the finally will.
 
Also only One For The Money was released on vinyl before, the rest wasn't available before on vinyl.
Now we just need Both EP's to be released as 7"s and maybe the excellent 2005 demo on a 7" too.
Plus I would love to have the Acoustic live show from Lowlands festival 1996 to be pressed on vinyl too.

This, every time I am in London, I always end up spending most money here, their selection of punk/hardcore is amazing.
Plus I love the OG Rough Trade store, Rough Trade West as some people call it now, smaller but a very decent 2nd hand selection.
I really want to go to Kingston, but I am not sure how to get there easy.
