  1. Your best bet should be Germany and to a certain extent the UK, because they have the least expensive shipping rates in Europe. For Germany try these: http://www.bisaufsmesser.com http://www.hhv.de http://www.jpc.de http://www.vinyl-digital.com http://www.flight13.com UK: http://www.juno.co.uk http://www.normanrecords.com If you can list some genres you are mostly looking for, you should be able to get even more specific recommendations.
  2. Got a shipping confirmation for this last week, and the digital download as well, and this album is absolutely fantastic! It is streaming now: http://substreammagazine.com/2016/11/tyler-daniel-bean-days-soon-to-pass/
  3. While this is true and while I am really understanding if labels take a couple of days or a week more to send out stuff, I think that it is absolutely ridiculous that there are still some people waiting on their Deer Leap preorders from day one. The records were in hand five weeks ago, and some of us have had them for weeks now, so why isn't it a priority to get these out to everyone who preordered? Makes zero sense to me.
  4. Damn, stupid me. In my mind 300mm were 3cm which would have been about right. My bad..
  5. You don't need to change anything, just put it on and you are good to go. Edit: And to be a bit more precise, this is what the specifications for the different carbon models say about the platters: regular: 300mm metal with felt mat acrylic: 300mm acrylic platter So they are both the same height, and the felt mat does not make any substantial difference.
  6. I was talking about videos, don't really care about the lathes. ;-)
  7. Wow, love the Classic! Where did the Thorens go?
  8. If someone in the UK still needs Clarity, it is only 12.99£ on amazon.co.uk: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B00LWNTOSI/ref=mp_s_a_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1478644951&sr=8-6&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=jimmy+eat+world+vinyl&dpPl=1&dpID=619dX5D3rwL&ref=plSrch
  9. Personally I hope that they start releasing new sessions again soon, I know that this whole lathe cutting thing takes a lot of time, but it has been a month since the last new video.
  10. Dog Knights preorders are up too: http://www.dogknightsproductions.limitedrun.com/products/580430-dk098-old-gray-slow-burn-12-lp-blue-200-multi-splatter-600
  11. Full album is up on bandcamp: https://suffocateforfucksake.bandcamp.com/album/in-my-blood
  12. Dog Knights page says that this has a screen-printed B-side, so this will not be a super long album.
  13. I got mine today. Excited to finally have them, but unfortunately I cannot be 100% happy. International shipping in the BWM store is way off, and before placing my order, I was assured that I would get a refund on whatever shipping overcharge there might be. Now I have my records in hand, but no refund, and my email about it has gone unanswered for two weeks. I would definitely not complain if we were talking about a couple of $, but I paid $38 for shipping, whereas the real shipping costs was somewhere between $22.5 and $28. So in the end I am outanother $10-$16, money I could have invested in another record from them, for example. So as much as I love all the stuff that BWM releases (and I would love to pick up another 4-5 releases), I have to warn anyone located internationally to think twice and to be aware that there will not be a refund for shipping overcharge. Not cool. Band and albums still rule though.
  14. With Dunk! records being located in Belgium and this guy you are talking about in the Netherlands, I really don't understand what makes you think this is the same guy. Plus, Wouter is a pretty common name in both countries. Don't go spreading rumours if you don't have any proof for it, please.
  15. If anyone in Europe wants this without having to pay US shipping and customs, you can get it from Flood Floorshows, which is an awesome label/distro: http://www.floodfloorshows.com/shop/saddest-landscape-declaring-war-nostalgia/
  16. You can get it for $119 USD shipped to Canada from ccmusic.com if you use their 25% off code (ccmoct25). Though I can't tell you what shipping carrier they will use and if you will be on the hook for additional import taxes or not. http://www.ccmusic.com/bright-eyes-the-studio-albums-2000-2011/648401024012
  17. Yep, still works, I just tried. Not working for you?
  18. For anyone who still needs to pick this up, BWM has a 40% off sale for the next 24 hours, no code needed. http://store.brokenworldmedia.com/products/573394-deer-leap-impermanence-lp-pre-order
  19. Also, for those of you looking for a goalie, I could part with either Halak or Varlamov if you're interested.
  20. That's too bad. I got up at 4AM for the draft, went pretty smooth and was back in bed by 5 I think. Though I am kind of suffering the consequences today, it really shows when you're no teenager no more.
  21. Those are some good news, good to know! Album is still awesome.
  22. Original cost was $20, I just checked my email history.
  23. Anyone else notice that the records seem to be mislabeled? "Right now.." is disc one so it should be sides A and B, but it is C and D. Or is this only my copy? Not a big deal, but I figured that this might confuse someone who is not familiar with the songs.
  24. I have not been a member for all that long, but the VIP facebook group seems to be the way to go if you want to to get first dibs on everything. There usually is a post on there as soon as something goes up.
